Cicis Pizza is a family-friendly restaurant with a variety of pizza options and desserts. While the cheese sticks have changed, the cinnamon rolls remain a favorite. The restaurant is valued for its kid-friendly atmosphere, featuring an arcade room for children. However, some reviews mention that the tables and chairs needed to be wiped down, and the counters and floors required cleaning. Parking is usually easy, and wheelchair accessibility is available. Vegetarian options are limited to the salad bar and vegetable pizza. Despite not having the highest-rated pizza, Cicis Pizza is a convenient spot for parents with tired, fussy kids who need to eat before napping. A recent visit highlighted the exceptional service from Kaitlyn, who went out of her way to make a custom pizza-pasta for a baby, turning an ordinary dinner into a memorable experience. While the variety of pizza choices can vary depending on the shift, the restaurant remains a favorite for families.
