Great food and awesome selection! We had the fish, a burger, and chicken strips—everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The fries were perfect and the service was excellent. Culver’s continues to impress!
We were at OWA and I drove over to get the family dinner before closing. At 10 pm my kids come out and I give them their food. 2 of the chicken sandwiches were suppose to be plain but 1 wasn't. So I called them it was 10:02 (closed already) and Jaccob answered the phone I told him what happened and apologized for getting the order wrong and said they stive on getting it right the 1st time. He said he could add our name to get a free sandwich next time. I told him we live 2hrs away in Mississippi. Tells me to hold on gets back on the phonel and says if im close they will make me a fresh plain ck sandwich. Told well be there in 8 mins. Pulled up to the drive thru and he had a hot and ready plain ck sandwiche ready for us. Great service guys. This is the reason we eat at Culvers.
