My first time here. Let me start by saying In n Out is my favorite burger chain. Since we don't have those here "yet", I have been on the hunt for a worthy second. This was a good burger, the meat had good flavor and the vegetables were fresh. My only real complaint on the burger is that I wish the cheese was melted on it. Crinkle cut fries are not my preference, but they were hot and tasted fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit on the high side. I will definitely eat there again when I am in the area. I'm a little disappointed there is not a closer location.

What kind of place CHARGES A FEE to remove toppings? You are literally saving time and products for me to ask for no lettuce. If each item is truly made to order then you can save your breath trying to justify this as an “efficiency fee”

This question is for the general manager at this location: We have always requested light hot fudge on our order, and this has never been an issue, and it's been fine. Now, the general manager tells us that her employees were doing it wrong. Ok, but how is that my issue? She states that we should have asked for 1 half a pump of the fudge. Please tell me how we are supposed to know this information? She came off as we were a huge inconvenience and a bit of a sarcastic attitude toward us. Please keep in mind it was requested for a good reason and it was not to be difficult. My apologies to her for the bother. I really didn't feel it should have been made a big deal of.

Love this place, but beware, not all Culvers honor promotions. Was disappointed they would not honor the 4 for $10 point promotion or have the loyalty punch cards for rewards as advertised

Asked for a piece of grilled chicken, nothing else. JUST A PIECE OF GRILLED CHICKEN… my total was $7.78. I didn’t pay it, just left. Terrible.
