Went to the Foley KFC 2460 South McKenzie Street, Foley Al drive thru for lunch 12/11/2025. First no one answered the drive through window so drove up to the window and could see the female employee just standing there on her personal phone. Had to get her attention to get her to take my odder. Ordered two of the Three-Piece Big Boxes to go. When I got home, I found the two Three-Piece Big Boxes only contain two small pieces of chicken, not even the three pieces as advertised....read full review
Worse experience every time I go it just keeps getting worse. Every time no matter what you order they are out of it. They forget to put anything extra in your bag. If you say anything to them,they have a horrible attitude about it. Look Popeyes is smoking KFC right now you all should value the few customers you have not run them off. There employees don’t wanna do there job but they wanna get paid for it. It’s ridiculous. I’ll NEVER go back.
Out of chicken??? I love KFC’s chicken and mashed potatoes. The past 3 times I’ve gone to KFC in Foley, it has been nothing but a disappointment. I’ve been told they were out of chicken tenders twice. Tonight, after trying to satisfy my craving for it, I was told the chicken tenders had about another 8 minutes.
