The staff was extremely friendly. Placing the order was easy, and the staff was accommodating with me using the coupons. The gyros were good, and I enjoyed seeing it being prepared. I received my purchase in a timely manner, and the food was hot.
Chicken Cordon blu was great!

Terrible experience from beginning to end. Pulled up to the speaker and all you can hear is smaking and attitude. Like I was holding you up from something important. Get to the window all the girl said was 13.77. After looking at the receipt I see my is order wrong. I look up and the girl i now know is Jeala is handing me a bag saying the fries flipped and closed the window. This order and food gave this same bull as the huge silver nose ring which greeted me instead of you . Both of them have just been left hanging. Trust and believe i definitely took the survey on receipt but that didn't safice. And to think your putting hard over cooked chicken tenders on a tortilla calling it a wrap. The irony. Don't recommend
Food and service was great
I recently had a terrible experience at Arby’s. I placed an online order, expecting everything to be ready and correct when I arrived. Instead, I encountered rude and dismissive staff who made the process unnecessarily unpleasant. To make matters worse, the food was absolutely disgusting—nothing close to what I anticipated.
Not only was my order missing items, but I was also informed (after arriving) that some of the items I ordered online weren’t even available. How does this happen in 2025 when your online system should reflect accurate inventory?
I’ve had disappointing fast-food experiences before, but this one was a new low. The only thing that could have made it worse would’ve been finding something disgusting in my food—which, to be honest, I half-expected at this point.
Arby’s, this was unacceptable.

Had the large beefnchedder was ok but not enough cheddar halfway threw sandwich it became dry plus they act as if they was counting the curly fries not near enough.

On Nov.3 2024 about 4:40pm After waiting 30 min to place my order I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich only to get home and the meat was too thick & rubbery I just threw it away

They got my order wrong. I went back and they refused to remake the whole order, only what they got wrong even though it was their mistake. I’ll never come back to this location again. But at least I have a fresh sandwich with cold everything else…yeah that makes sense.

It's still good to me almost late at night ? that double roast beef sandwich, my goodness, and my meat was fresh. My best friend wanted a hamburger from them, and I thought she was ?because we all know that you don't get a hamburger from this kind of place ? but you'll the hamburger was good ?
