General manager is doing great with the trainee and staff he was in the lobby while i dined in saturday our cashier she was simply amazing but he just made me feel so at home this store is always so organized polite and clean so its no wonder he was chosen to train here hes doing a really good job and learning alot can’t wait to find out where his location is so I can check it out as well

I ordered Catfish fries coleslaw Catfish tasted old, awful, like it had been double cooked, coleslaw was sour. Fries cold! Idk who was cooking, won't be back to captain d's forestdale again!! Sorry ?

Tabletops could have been cleaner. Restroom (ladies) had no toilet paper. Other than that, the food was hot and good...and we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes for our food. I would definitely eat there again.

The drive thru speaker was out but there was notice on the speaker that it was out so we stayed at the drive thru for 15-20 minutes until I told my son to pull around and then the young lady was looking at us crazy before she addressed us at the window and said she said yeah the speaker is out but she told us to drive to the window ? how did you do that if the speaker is out so not sure what game was being played

I took my family. We had to wait for a few but they was busy. Food was hot and fresh. Gotta say this mite be the cleanest restaurant I've been in. Thank you lakisha for being nice and kept a smile on her face the whole time. We will be back.
Very unprofessional this location wasn't busy only me and another car. The drive thru was horrible! Lady asked me to wait never came back to the mic. I finally said "anyone there" she says "yes hold on" so I wait it! She made me wait a good 10 mins! This is ridiculous I should get a free meal coupon for the bad service I received! Get my food broccoli burned tiny portion! Fish frozen wet fishy taste not fresh rubbery chewy??! Not hot enough hushpuppies, fish or broccoli everything was nasty!!! No napkins or folk! I asked for hot sauce didn't get it! Won't be back!!!!??
