I don't usually eat out so when I do, I'm treating myself. I've never had Captain D's that was bad until last night. I got the deluxe seafood platter and a large sweet tea. The shrimp and the lobster bites were so over cooked that they were tough, looked almost black and were not edible. The coleslaw was warm. When the tea was handed to me, it was hot. I told the lady in the window it was hot and handed it back to her and she said she'd give me ice, which she did, in a small kids meal clear cup, which melted before I got to Circle K where I could get a big enough cup of ice for a large warm tea. Long story short, after working 10 hours, spending almost 19 dollars on a meal to take home and eat so I didn't have to cook, I got half of it because only half of it was edible and my dogs got treats. Next time I want Captain D's I will go out of my way to get it. But it will be a long time before I try it again.

General manager is doing great with the trainee and staff he was in the lobby while i dined in saturday our cashier she was simply amazing but he just made me feel so at home this store is always so organized polite and clean so its no wonder he was chosen to train here hes doing a really good job and learning alot can’t wait to find out where his location is so I can check it out as well

I ordered Catfish fries coleslaw Catfish tasted old, awful, like it had been double cooked, coleslaw was sour. Fries cold! Idk who was cooking, won't be back to captain d's forestdale again!! Sorry ?

Tabletops could have been cleaner. Restroom (ladies) had no toilet paper. Other than that, the food was hot and good...and we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes for our food. I would definitely eat there again.
