I got a barbecue chicken bacon pizza and firstly the chicken was only taking orders when she felt like it and ignored me then they forgot the BBQ for pizza so pizza was just horrible

The service was also rather fast & friendly, unlike some other places that make you wait 15-20 minutes on average.

Awful. I purchased a steak and cheese Papadia and there was virtually NO steak. I would not have complained but the clerk asked for a tip when paying. It's the audacity for me!!! Shame on yall!!!!

This used to be the worst Papa Johns in the world, in the past months it has become one of the best I've ever had. The man who is always working here seems to be working very hard to produce a quality product and give good customer service. Keep up the great work!

I have been a customer for 10+ years at this location, before it was in this location. Management changes almost every 6 months to a year. Service is okay. I never see them use the hand washing sink between using the dirty cash register, answering the phone, waiting on customers and preparing food. I have commented on this several times. Sometimes hair is contained most times not. I have had hair in my pizza couple of times. Pizzas lately not great though. Thrown together with sparse toppings less cheese than ever. Overall okay just depends on the day and time. Or how important customer service is to whomever is in management at the time.

This location apparently has gone downhill. Ordered XL New York pizza and garlic knots. Both were severely over baked. New York pizza crust should bend completely when a slice is picked up. What they sent me stood straight ought and had zero bend. Bottom was very dark brown, almost burned in color. Garlic knots were also not lightly golden, but very dark. They were both tough and chewy. And now that when you order on the website for delivery, they send it via Door Dash, the pizza was not close to being hot. Not quite cold, but very close to it. I would give them zero stars if I could. I don't think I'll be using them again. Too bad. We used to really like the Papadias.
