I normally don't give a restaurant a bad review but please do not order anything from Pizza Hut Forestdale Alabama.I order online and I still had to wait 20 more minutes for one pizza that they gave away after that I went in no manager came to front to apologize. What he going to do was gave me half credit on one pizza instead of gave me credit for both. What was the point of ordering online and my order still wasn't ready. My family and I went to your forestdale location and the food and service was excellent. You have an employee by the name of Harriet that works there and she was absolutely a delightful individual. She made all of her guest feel as if they were the only customer there even though she was well uber staffed.
It was a terrible experience. Placed an order online, got to the restaurant to pick it up and they could not find my order. After about 30 minutes or so, they finally realized they had given my order to someone else and had to remake it. In all, it took me approximately one and a half hours before I finally walked out with my order. I was fuming.
