This is the best shaved ice spot in Birmingham! I have been coming here for about 5 years now. I will literally drive across town passing 2 shaved ice spot otw for polar shaved ice. They are consistent and the customer service is over the top. No matter how long the line is they always treat you like you’re the only person there once you get to the window. Get ready to stand in line because they are always crowded. I’ve never been disappointed!

Love the sno cones. HATE it's not wheelchair accessible, can't use my walker on the gravel/rocks either. Have called and emailed them from the contact us from the website, no reply. If you really care about your customers, how about making it with people that have disabilities accessible? I don't have someone to get me one. Only place that actually brings you your food is Dolly's Cafe in Hueytown, definitely not as good as Polar Shaved Ice, but they care about their customers handicaps. Haven't tried Blizzys in Graysville but online pictures look more accessible.
