Don’t bother going. They are almost always out of roast beef, bread, etc. The wait is usually pretty bad because they can’t keep help. The workers are very nice but whoever owns this place really needs to get it together. People would eat here if they had food

My husband and I went into Arby’s restaurant today, Mar. 10, 2025, 11:30 ish. Ordered and ask for Arby’s Sauce, as the container was empty. The young girl said, “We don’t have any”. Then, she precedes to say if there’s none in the container then we’re out. We thought she would give us a packet but she just turned her back. We were completely stunned. Thinking, What!! this would be a nice place to start a business. No Arby Sauce at Arby’s. After we sat down to eat a man walked up asked for sauce. A different girl brought him something. Shortly after that as we were walking out, a worker was filling the Arby Sauce….

It was like they forgot we were there. Service was slow and they still got our order wrong. The water wasn't working in the bathroom and I didn't know until after I had put soap on my hands, so I had to wipe off the soap with paper towels...

My visit to Arby’s was good!! The food was good, the drive thru menu was somewhat easy to read, and their service was good.
Kid-friendliness: They have children chairs if needed.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking offered & a wheel chair ramp outside of the restaurant.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Got a coupon and 2 of the turnovers we had asked one to be apple and one to be cherry, both were cherry. Asked for sweet tea and was served unsweetened, tasted like water. When I called back to let them know the lady was very rude and said we could come back for another turnover but that she wasn't fixing more tea that the tea was made that morning... idc there's no reason for it to be zero sweetness like they maybe put half a grain of sugar it tasted like rusty water , this is the 3rd bad experience I've had with this Arby's and everytime I called to tell them how they messed my order up they are rude.. I am bout done with Arby's.

Was passing through ft payne today and decided to try Arbys, very extended wait and food was cold, bun was old. But to top it all off, second bite was a long hair. So we all threw our food out, a waste of $40 bucks.
Went through the drive through and they were not busy at all, they were taking their precious time and the girl at the window was very rude. There were other cars who were tired of waiting so left while the employees laughed about it.

We love arby's, but along with everything else it's too dang expensive nowadays. Especially since the whole shrinkflation now. Coupled with peoples bad attitudes. Sorry you're having a bad day but if you dont want to work, then quit maybe dealing with the public isn't for everybody . Also fresh warm food is a thought, 3rd time at this arby's with the same experience.

I went there today during my lunch. I waited in the drive thru like 20 minutes, after I got my food and got back to work, my sandwich was mashed almost flat in the bag and the paper it was wrapped in was wet, idk if it was juices or grease from the roast beef, but my bread was soggy, also I had ordered it in a medium size combo and I think I got small and my sweet tea was Unsweetened tea. I had to go buy another drink from my work. I usually don't have this problem, not sure what was going on with them today.
