I knew it was a mistake to go here. I stupidly thought there may have been an improvement. Absolutely not!$20 wasted on food that was inedible. I'm not exaggerating when I say it all went into the trash.I was told to pull to the side while my order was prepared. Hope for a decent meal or at least fresh fries. NOPE. Every single thing was cold and old. OLD AND COLD.Where are the owners? Corporate? Does no one in charge realize how terrible this place has become?The price of food and eating out in general is ridiculous especially when its thrown away.This place seriously needs to be shut down. It's an embarrassment and in no way can it be healthy to serve food that is obviously old AF.The only and I mean ONLY thing positive is the man taking my order in the drive thru was extremely nice and personable. Very friendly which is unusual when dealing with food service workers lately.I hope this review is read by someone in authority because this place is disgusting and needs to be closed!!!!?

One of the slowest drives thrus in the while city of Fort payne. I usually only have once every few months and every time I think to myself "maybe it will be better this time" nope! I'm sick of this place. It would be a great location for a restaurant.

Too few employees. They were slammed and I had to wait inside around 20min. The Reuben we ordered was cold with a tiny bit of meat and a teaspoon of sauerkraut! There was one lady who was doing her best to keep it all running and two new employees who were doing a less than acceptable job. Train? Hire more? I’ve had good experiences in the past but this last few yrs have really put me off of Arbys

The new special really was awful, after we got our order and opened it it had no peppers and you had to look hard to see any onions very little meat.We showed it to them and they asked if we wanted a new sandwich which we declined and told them we won't be back.

An extremely long wait time (over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches & fries), jamoca milkshake had no flavor, just tasted like a plain vanilla milkshake), soda was flat.
I had to wait forever to order and receive my food. My Mac & cheese bites were burned. I tried the new cheesesteak sandwich, and that was a waste of money.
