This restaurant is not much to look at on the out side but don’t hesitate to go inside.A quaint little place, very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful with the menu.They have plates with lots of vegetables that are fresh made, not from a can. The pinto beans are wonderful and fried okra was cooked to perfection.Definitely get the bacon cheese burger, fat juicy hamburger topped with tons of bacon lettuce and tomatoes. Yum. One thing I will do next time is ask to skip the mustard and ketchup when they bring it out, only because it is so big I had to cut it in half to eat it. FYI: Put your condiments on after it is halved.The Baby bakers are little whole potatoes that are deep fried and are delicious! Like little baked potatoes. With some ranch dressing they melt in your mouth.I had to try the chocolate pie. Just like my grandmother use to make with three inches of homemade meringue browned on the top. This is real chocolate pie, nothing instant about it. If you like chocolate don’t pass on dessert, get the pie.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The staff was over the top friendly, they even came out of the kitchen to visit. We will make the drive to eat here again.
The omelets make your mouth and stomach very happy. Everything we tried was excellent. The staff made us feel at home on our first visit. It was so good, we had to go back the next day. Everything was just as excellent as our first visit. They have a great price to quality ratio. The food values are excellent.

Me and my family have eaten here basically my whole life but tonight I called to add to my parents order and the server was SO rude. She had a passive aggressive tone throughout the phone call. Then, she thought she hung up the phone, and was complaining about me adding to the order. Absolutely no reason to act like that as an adult. We have always loved this restaurant and still do but that server needs to go.
