On 12/9 I went thru the driver thru to pickup lunch for me and my daughter. When I returned to work I discovered that they only gave me half of my order. I called them and explained that I did not receive my entire order. They apologized and said they would create me a credit ticket for the items not received that could be used within the next 30 days. So today, 12/12/25, I return to the location, explain that I should have a credit. They find the credit and tell me to proceed into the line to receive my food. I receive the food and go on back to work, only to find out that they have given me a drink that I can not drink. It was not the drink that was on the original order. It was a coke. Now some might say, well that's not a big deal, but it is for me. I am diabetic, which is why I get an unsweet tea/diet lemonade. At this point I am frustrated with them. Normally they do a good job but they are off this week.

Hands down the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to!! My fiancé and I are driving back from Tennessee to our home in Louisiana. We made a pitstop here and everything was phenomenal. Devi was super nice and attentive as well as the other staff members. Will definitely return for our next trip!
