I frequent this chick fil a, and have a hard time being mean because the staff is genuinely nice, but they just can't serve people to the chick fil a standard. If you come anytime near breakfast switching to lunch expect a 20 min wait. Every other chick fil a regionally moves customers at a 5:1 ratio as Fort payne. Just need better training and more staff.

Food is great but the last 3 times they have messed up my order or forgot something, and it sucks after waiting on the drive through for so long. First time they forgot my entire salad and gave me fried instead of grilled chicken. Second time forgot my side of pickles. Today forgot my fries and hot sauce

The cashier messed up my order, which is no big deal. Instead of fries with my meal I asked for Mac n cheese. They brought me fries, and I kindly told them I ordered Mac instead. Took 5 min to fix then they asked for me to pay the difference. Worst chic fil a I've ever been to, won't be back!

My family loves Chick-fil-A . We were traveling and needed a break so we decided to stop in Ft. Payne at the CFA. We only needed milk shakes/ice cream/frosted coffee and frosted lemonade.The.beverages and ice cream, as usual, were wonderful. However, the only bright spot in the service was the lady gathering the.to go orders. The girl taking the order was definitely not friendly and never once offered a, "my pleasure." This really is not a big deal but I would never want CFA to beome ike every other fast food chain in the US. There were MANY employees there and none of them acknowledged us. It was hard for us.to get to the restroom because it was blocked by employees that never once offered to move or say excuse me. Please don't become ordinary. Customer service is the pinnacle of CFA and this one didn't come close to the service we are used to from every other one we have visited.

I have to wait long time to get my mobile order, when i got it. it was wrong!! i have to comeback to talk to the manager. At least i should get a complementary cookie or something for the delayed, the wrong order and the gas i spent coming back to get the Wright order. But nope nothing. The customer service it's declining, they should start training the managers better. I know is not the servers fault because it's a lot of teenagers, that need supervision.
