Breakfast was fresh and came back in good time. Coffee was refilled multiple times. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Our server, Tae, was amazing! And the back of house manager went above and beyond to accommodate me after I was told that the chicken I had ordered was not available after 7pm. She offered to personally go cook it for me, but it would take awhile. They listened and were kind and caring. And after I had had a long, rough day where I felt defeated, they really helped.

Great customer service and wonderful food! Our server was very attentive with refills and making sure our food was correct! She did a wonderful job!
service was slow and dining room was not very clean. Our waitress seemed to be doing her best handling several tables. If Cracker Barrel doesn't improve, it will soon go the way of so many other restaurants. That would be sooo sad. I have recently been in Cracker Barrels in Bloomington, IN, Ft Payne, AL, and Grapevine, TX. Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed in the service at all three stores. Cracker Barrel can do better, they did for years.
This had to be some of the worst Cracker Barrel food that my wife and I have had in a very long time. We had "Breakfast for dinner" my wife's came with 2 eggs, mine with 3, but somehow, she had more eggs that I did. Her scrambled eggs, supposed to be "well done" but yet they were partly runny. My scrambled eggs, and sausage was barely room temperature. The Hash brown casserole was not only room temperature, but crunchy. Our daughter, and her boyfriend both ordered dinner foods, and had no complaints. I guess what people say is true "Never order breakfast, anytime except breakfast hours"
And no, Cracker Barrel, I'm not going to call you so you can "make it right" we're traveling, and won't be back to your store.

Last night we were a party of 20 with 3 family members having birthdays this week. We waited 1 hour and 27 minutes for our food. Waitress said they had new cooks. Once food came out, mine and my husband's grilled fish was still raw. He also had to wait on his baked potato. It was just not a good night for our family. We were very disappointed.

We waited 15 minutes on a server to greet us. They were not busy and 4 servers walked right past us and were cleaning what I guess was their areas. When we did get greeted we ordered drinks and food all at once. After ordering we received our food over an hour later and it could not have been fresh because everything was cold. After another 20 minutes I flagged her back down to get the check. I was incredibly unsatisfied with my over 2 hour visit to Cracker Barrel and cold food. We didn’t even get our drinks refilled in that time frame.

Please work on service. Condiments should be in a to go order. I regret tipping.
The waiting time to eat is about 2 hours, Please don't go to this place. The time to serve the breakfast it is insane. The food really basic, nothing special.

Waited 50 mins on our food and there was only about 15 tables occupied when we got there and most already had their food. People who came in afterwards got their food way before we did

Was at this location last night. I have always ordered a hamburger steak at Cracker Barrel. Got there and the hamburger steak is no longer an option on the menu. Country food and no hamburger steak. All of our food after waiting quite sometime was delivered at best room temperature. Server was decent. That’s about the highlight of the night. Before I always ordered pork chops when that got took off the menu I went to hamburger steak. Now that’s gone. At best your option is chicken, more chicken, fish, and steak. The menu is getting very limited. Get the hamburger steak and pork chops back!

My family and I ate dinner here this evening and it was AWFUL! My husband's food had to be taken off of our bill because it was so awful! I have felt sick to my stomach ever since eating!! We are a family of six and our bill is always near $100. It wasn't worth $20!!! The waitress was wonderful and understood our complaint! There were also three others before ours!! I would definitely seek out other dinner options in the area before eating here.

My husband ordered the steak and eggs. His steak had so much grissel.. however, he did manage to eat a few bites that were decent. I'm highly disappointed :(
