Waited abt an hour for food. Didn’t get biscuits. The fries are good here, but the burger is mid, so I wouldn’t get that. Our waitress only got us (2 people) refills twice and that’s bc we had to ask her.

I ordered take out. Pintos and corn muffins. Got home and no corn muffins. Too far to go back.
Our waitress didn't bring us any saucers to put our complimentary biscuits, so we had to use our napkins. The breakfast was great. The pot roast and veggies was great.

The restaurant was freezing & there wasn't a fire in the fireplace. That is one of my favorite features of the dining area. I asked the hostess why no fire and she said they didnt have firewood! Why, I asked but she didnt know why. Our food took longer than usual & it was cold. Our waitress seemed to disappear after we ordered but then I saw her pushing a full cart of takeout food to the front. I assume that is why our food was cold & we ran out of drinks. When I went to pay the bill I asked the cashier about the temperature in the restaurant, she only shrugged & said she didnt know anything about it having heat or not. This was our worst experience in a long while. It makes me sad for this location to not meet expectations.

our food was cold and we sent it back. What we got back was a freshly microwaved meal that was really disappointing. It was late, about 7:45pm, but that’s not a valid excuse. They were also out of some of their side offerings so the meal was less about getting what you want and more about getting the what’s left that you will eat.

The last several times we’ve been has been awful. They are out of a large portion of their menu both at lunch and dinner. We waited over an hour the last time with no food on the table, and no wait staff keeping us updated. Not sure what happened as this used to be a great location.

Went by Saturday night for supper, food was great and our server was awesome! We will definitely be back and hopeful to get the same waitress!

The last few times have been disastrous! Once served burnt bacon, one time ordered a meal and left after waiting an hour with no food and once served toast and no meal ,walked out.

We are so disappointed in Cracker Barrel, it’s not just one anymore it’s a lot of them.!!! We sat down at our table right away from walking into the store at 8:45 am. At 9:40 am we still did not have our food and the waitress said it should be out soon. It was gonna be over an hour to get our food. We ended up having to leave without having any breakfast because we had to be somewhere.
We bought a pecan pie for our family Thanksgiving dinner which has gone up in price. Got it out to serve it and it was absolutely a shocking sight. There was ONLY a very thin spread of filling, so thin the pie was FLAT!!! 😞 I wish I had taken a picture but was so disappointed didn’t think to. What are yall doing to our one time favorite Cracker Barrel stores???? Even when we use to have to wait for a table, we didn’t care because we knew we’d get our food in a reasonable amount of time and it was very good. Why should we go back now? Our experience is becoming more and more of the same. Slow to no service and some foods bring big disappointments that we’re paying our hard earned money for.
