The restaurant was freezing & there wasn't a fire in the fireplace. That is one of my favorite features of the dining area. I asked the hostess why no fire and she said they didnt have firewood! Why, I asked but she didnt know why. Our food took longer than usual & it was cold. Our waitress seemed to disappear after we ordered but then I saw her pushing a full cart of takeout food to the front. I assume that is why our food was cold & we ran out of drinks. When...
our food was cold and we sent it back. What we got back was a freshly microwaved meal that was really disappointing. It was late, about 7:45pm, but that’s not a valid excuse. They were also out of some of their side offerings so the meal was less about getting what you want and more about getting the what’s left that you will eat.
Went to Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving lunch. Our server was awesome, so pleasant and smiling as busy as she was. We were seated within 20 minutes. Thank goodness for the app to get us on the list
