This was the worst DQ I have ever been to. Service was very bad, ice cream was half melted

When you walk in it just smells bad like sewage back up. The bathroom floors are dirty and the tables are dirty. The restaurant floors pretty much matched everything else as dirty goes. We were literally the only people their so it wasn't busy. The health score was a 89.

There was a problem with the coupon on the app so our blizzards were already melting when we got them. Nobody knew how to fix the problem.

First off I don’t like how you have to wait around for food that ends up being cold because workers don’t know how to work, but yet play around with your food you’re paying for. The bathrooms don’t get me started they shouldn’t even be able to let people in the stalls period, including they could care less who’s in the dinning room they act fools, and it’s never clean…..

The staff is very rude. They make you wait to order then when you do order they mess it up. The bathrooms are disgusting. The lobby seems like they don’t clean it. Over all the staff needs to do a better job at giving the customers what they want and deserve. I witnessed the staff throwing ice cream at each other, playing around in the kitchen, and just standing around when the screen is full of orders for them to make

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff very unfriendly. No one had hair nets on had hairs in the fries. Messed up our food waited for 15 mins to remake for the burger meat to be cold still. Bathrooms smelled of urine had no toilet paper and had pee all over the toilet seats

What a delicious place for me and my family! Such a lovely out door seating, especially at night!

I just went thru the drive thru. Food was good. Service was friendly but slow. Might try them again or I may go to Sonic. Only another 2 minutes up town.

Placed a mobile order for a couple of blizzards. Supposed to have been a 12 minute wait turned to a 30 minute wait. Staff was not helpful and a couple of rude customers as well.
