I ordered the donut holes and the strawberry dragon fruit refresher and the donut holes were stale and basically inedible and the drink tasted like watered down energy drink no strawberry at all and don’t even get me started on the staff so rude and hostile I felt like I was going to get cussed out just ordering, the service was slow like how does it take you 6 minutes for a drink and donut holes that were probably 2 days old

Did t have hardly any donuts I like. When I displayed a little negativity the clerk mocked me over her headset. I backed out of line and left. No more visits from this regular

Stopped by on the drive home. Very tasty breakfast wraps. Of course we got sweet treats for the road too. Great cold brews too.

They are good morning more consistent with coffee accuracy. This one is privately owned so they need to work on not running out of flavors.. if you run out of vanilla bean then you double your order. So if truck is late or they missed some of the order you still have plenty. And need to learn what pump to put of what flavor. So y'all are convective in making the same as other Dunkin. If you order same coffee at ten different Dunkin per week they should all be the same. But store always clean bathrooms are good. A few times in early morning outside trash can that is posted right beside the entrance is overflowing a lot of the time. Move can down to other side so if it does not get emptied we don't see it the min you open the door to come into the store

The coffee matched the attitude of the drive thru attendants crappy I been there twice and both time s it sucked..I work in the restraunt buss and spending 10 for horrible coffee and service is not cool...I'll stick with scooters or Starbucks much friendlier...

The nicest Dunkin I have ever visited. The restaurant was very clean & neat. The coffee was fresh and the donut holes were amazing. The employees were kind and actually seemed to care about their customers. (unlike some Dunkin restaurants I have visited) Every time I am I. The Fort Payne area I will stop by ?

The food and coffee is good. But they fail to ring orders in correctly more times than they get it right. Ringing in a coffee order wrong changes the entire drink and if I'm paying over $5 for a drink, it better be what I odered. I frequent the store regularly but this morning might have been the last time. I don't know how many times I can go there knowing I'm going to have to turn around and make them fix their mistakes. I hope they can fix this problem because I really do like their food and coffee.

Been doing much better with online orders. I don't know what changed but keep up the great work. It's now always ready when I come to the drive through and it makes my morning so much easier when I can swing through and pick uo my order.
