They are good morning more consistent with coffee accuracy. This one is privately owned so they need to work on not running out of flavors.. if you run out of vanilla bean then you double your order. So if truck is late or they missed some of the order you still have plenty. And need to learn what pump to put of what flavor. So y'all are convective in making the same as other Dunkin. If you order same coffee at ten different Dunkin per week they should all be the same. But store always clean bathrooms are good. A few times in early morning outside trash can that is posted right beside the entrance is overflowing a lot of the time. Move can down to other side so if it does not get emptied we don't see it the min you open the door to come into the store

The coffee matched the attitude of the drive thru attendants crappy I been there twice and both time s it sucked..I work in the restraunt buss and spending 10 for horrible coffee and service is not cool...I'll stick with scooters or Starbucks much friendlier...

The nicest Dunkin I have ever visited. The restaurant was very clean & neat. The coffee was fresh and the donut holes were amazing. The employees were kind and actually seemed to care about their customers. (unlike some Dunkin restaurants I have visited) Every time I am I. The Fort Payne area I will stop by ?

The food and coffee is good. But they fail to ring orders in correctly more times than they get it right. Ringing in a coffee order wrong changes the entire drink and if I'm paying over $5 for a drink, it better be what I odered. I frequent the store regularly but this morning might have been the last time. I don't know how many times I can go there knowing I'm going to have to turn around and make them fix their mistakes. I hope they can fix this problem because I really do like their food and coffee.

Been doing much better with online orders. I don't know what changed but keep up the great work. It's now always ready when I come to the drive through and it makes my morning so much easier when I can swing through and pick uo my order.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they gave me a bagel that was not cut and no cutlery to spread the cream cheese. This isn't the first time the service has been subpar at this location. Make sure to ask for the things you need because they will not give you everything they are supposed to.
You can't tell me that the person that bagged this bacon didn't know that it was charred beyond being edible! Shame on you Fort Payne, Alabama Dunkin' Donuts!

Everytime I order bagel bites here they are warm on the outside and frozen in the middle except for the one time I was served them straight out of the freezer frozen solid every other location serves them warm all the way through not sure why this location thinks people can eat the frozen or atleast half frozen

Service was slow and the drinks were not being made in order so others who came in way behind us were getting their orders and leaving before us. The food was okay and the drinks were good. The lady at the register was very nice. There was a lady running around the back area crazy and talking/fussing the whole time. She didn't seem mean as much as it was a distraction, especially while they were busy/hectic. I'd probably order ahead if I ever wanted to go here again.
My daughter ask for choc milk, was told they didn't have, she asked could u not make it with milk and choc syrup, was told no!! All the while my 2 yr old granddaughter is crying for choc m8lk!! Customer satisfaction builds your company, BUT YOU WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OF OUR MONEY!!!
