I ordered 3 sausage and egg biscuits,through the driveway which were not done. Biscuits were still doughy,eggs were not done,they looked like they were just slung together, Two of them weren't even wrapped up right. They had us pull to the parking lot to wait on them before hand,they almost gave our food to another customer waiting as well. When I called back to speak to the manager the young lady laughed and said she was the manager ,she was very rude.No napkins either.Last time I will EVER go back to this facility!🤢🤮

My boyfriend and I recently ordered the chicken dinner—he got the #7 combo, and I got the plate. Unfortunately, we were both pretty disappointed with the experience. The chicken tenders tasted noticeably old, and none of the food seemed fresh. On top of that, the drive-thru attendant wasn’t very friendly, we didn’t receive straws with our drinks, and my boyfriend was given unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea he ordered. Overall, we left feeling pretty unhappy and let down by the visit. This was at 5pm I assumed the food would be made fresh, my mistake. And my drink I ordered for mine was leaking so she just put it in another cup instead of taking the thirty seconds it would’ve took to remake it. No one was behind us so there’s no way it was because she was busy! Completely unacceptable I will not be trusting this place again.

Food was cold, ordered the two piece chicken meal. There was only One or two bites of meat on what looked like a thigh the rest was very hard, breading. The other tiny piece was all breading. The tables are all dirty the table that didn't appear dirty was sticky. The women's bathroom was nasty with trash overflowing. Happy I don't live here.
Jack’s in Fort Payne has the rudest people I have EVER dealt with in fast food! We paid for our food, got half the order, they told us we didn’t have anything else, and wouldn’t even give us our receipt. The woman kept telling us she gave us all of our food and I told her to come check my car and show me where it was. All this happened at the drive thru window! We didn’t even pull up! When we did finally get the full order, it was wrong and we had to go back in.

To the owner, you have replied 3 times in 4 weeks about the bathrooms and have done nothing to fix the issue. The service is very slow, and the dining area is sticky and nasty.. please fix the issues ASAP or go out of business....
