The chicken fingers have gotten significantly smaller. And the fries did not have any kind of that seasoning salt on them at all. And the mailshake was watery, and I asked them to add more ice cream to it, to make it thicker, also, because it was just a little over 3/4 full they didn't have any more of that kind of ice cream. So I'm assuming they just gave me what they had and was just gonna leave it at that without saying we don't have enough to make a full milk shake. Would you like another kind? they just gave me what they had

I always get a blt salad from there alot and the past 5 or 6 times I have gotten the salad with bacon on it, it's always raw and I have to throw every bit of it off. I don't understand why the bacon is raw and it's in big long strips why would you put strips of bacon on a salad it's suppose to be crumbled up not big long strips that goes on a burger and for God's sake cook the bacon where it's done not left raw. Nobody wants to eat raw bacon it will make you sick 🤮. I normally don't complain but it's not one time that this has happened it's continually.

The people that work there are great. I've never had any issues and the issues that I do have are solved very quickly and very courteously. My only complaint is that the drive-thru is not as fast as the one in henagar.

My wife was trying to get me and herself some food for my dinner break so work and no one would even come to the counter to take the order. Looked right at her but would not come and take an order. Garbage service.
Over the past few months the fly problem in this restaurant has gotten progressively worse and the employees act like there is nothing that can be done which is ridiculous I worked in restaurants many years even one fly in the food prep area is an automatic fail what sort of joke city are you people running? If I see no flies or hear from someone the flies are gone I will delete this review but like for lunch today I am going somewhere else because my mental image of this store is just flies

Stopped to get someone a meal they ask for. I wanted a kiss meal with a large drink. Lady yelled in the speaker no large drink would be given with a kids meal. I told her it was funny I had came five days a week for months and got it but now I can't .. didn't finish ordering and won't be back . The fries are horrible now. One worker said they bought from a new place and no one liked them.
