If I could put zero stars I would. Our service through the drive through wasn’t good at all he was very passive and snarky we had 4 biscuits and received only 2 honey packets. When we asked for extras, the guy asked the manager before he would give us honey and then we received two more, never had an experience like that until today.

I just asked for dipping sauce for my chicken strips and he said 39 cents a pack how many you want? What? I now have to pay extra for dipping sauces for my chicken strips? Wow!!!
Totally a BAD experience,,,, they don't know the meaning of customer service,,, and the hours are WRONG,,, they are not open until nine,,, you can't get chicken after 8;30.... it is a shame that we have the worst KFC in the country,,,, totally BAD management.

Made me and my wife sick within hours She only ate potatoes and slaw I had 3 piece meal
Both of us up all evening throwing up and diarrhea!
I spent over 50$ for the family meal just to be served a bucket of raw chicken after returning to the establishment multiple times for a refund they kept denying me saying that they didn’t know when the gm would be there.its ok though I won’t be going back here again worst kfc ever!

I think the workers are the rudest people. I showed them my phone where it had a fill up for $20 the guy said whatever is not that price anymore. I said right here it is on my phone and he said I guess you can click on that then also had a free thing of fries he says I just work here. Could not help me with the order I placed the order on my phone and they're saying they didn't get it. Only went there for my grandkids cuz every time I go there they're just plain rude or don't have chicken. Sad I came all the way down the mountain for chicken
