I spent over 50$ for the family meal just to be served a bucket of raw chicken after returning to the establishment multiple times for a refund they kept denying me saying that they didn’t know when the gm would be there.its ok though I won’t be going back here again worst kfc ever!

I think the workers are the rudest people. I showed them my phone where it had a fill up for $20 the guy said whatever is not that price anymore. I said right here it is on my phone and he said I guess you can click on that then also had a free thing of fries he says I just work here. Could not help me with the order I placed the order on my phone and they're saying they didn't get it. Only went there for my grandkids cuz every time I go there they're just plain rude or don't have chicken. Sad I came all the way down the mountain for chicken

After getting home a Dr visit with my mother I decided instead of cooking I would order some KFC off the website. It's very convenient just almost across the street. The food is usually good. I got the 5 piece mixed with 2 sides and ordered 2 extra sides and 2 drinks. Tonight however the chicken was very bland. The breading of course had flavor but the chicken itself had no flavoring whatsoever. The macaroni was bland, you could barley even taste cheese. The mashed we're also very bland except the gravy. The biscuits were hard and cold as well. Hopefully if there is a next time it'll actually be good.

Order over 20 dollars worth of food and wouldn't even give the sauce I ask for . They was rude and disrespectful. And wanted to charge me for sauce. I will not be back. They need new management and new staff. They are very unprofessional. And treat customers like we are trash. I have worked in public for many years. And no customer should be yelled at and mistreated like this. I wish I could give 0 stars

The people was very rude when we tried to tell them we did not have no chicken on our chicken leg and they said chicken shrinks idk what kind of chicken they have but when I cook it at home it doesn't shrink so not only did we not hardly get any chicken we had to pay out the butt too so I don't recommend coming to this
