Definitely in need of some sort of management, shouldn't have to wait in the drive-thru at a fast food place for shift change!!! I can go way out of the way to the south end and still be done before them. Can't go back, takes absolutely too long to get through there.

I have quit going to this place not because the food was bad but because not took 30 minutes to go thru the drive thru with one person in front of me. I tried to go here several times and wasted my lunch break every time having to drive off without my food to get back to work on time. I really don't see how they are even still in business you never see anyone there and I'm sure it's because of the same reason.

OMG I had this once before & had a hot dog This 2nd time with the kids idk what this was The burger sliders had a slice of what looked like sandwich meat with a shit load of onions on it The rest of the food was ok but mainly every last one of us was in the bathroom sooner than later after eating this I won't & I'm sure my kids won't be asking for Krystals any more

Fort Payne Krystal has gone so downhill. It was once a pretty good place. The food and service were no where worth the price increases. The krystals were thrown together and the buns greasy. The fries cold and the drink was the only decent thing about a almost 29 dollar order. I will no longer be a patron of this location til many things change.

It is Krystals. Needed a quick late night bite and it does the job. This particular visit was very pleasant due to employee friendliness.
Prices for those tiny snack burgers have gone through the roof. They just aren't worth it.
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian menu.
Parking: Parking is a bear, there are no flat spots to park and getting in and out of the vehicle can be a pain in some spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: Up hill battle getting in and out. Literally.

The only reason I didn’t post 1 star is because the lady behind the window was very professional the fries where soaked in grease my Krystal’s where so over cooked the bread turned hard and my drink had no flavor at all coke tasted like straight water. Not worth the wait or price at all
