Super nice and clean place, very friendly and welcoming employees. I Love Cheese Krystal's and they seem to disappoint me more and more, I don't think it's a cook problem, I'm just saying we deserve a little bit of a better burger patty

Food was decent, the person taking my order was rude because I didn’t want a $4 up charge for ranch and bacon. Get to the window I’m handed my food with a small drink which they substituted themselves from the medium it was supposed to be got scammed by Krystal’s in fort Payne

Drive Thru order taker was rude, interrupted the way we wanted the burgers to ask if we wanted cheese and then proceeded to not care that we wanted our krystals special. So needless to say we didn't get what we wanted so we went inside and was told that they no longer fix fresh krystals without onions. More or less, you get it how it comes unless u wanna add cheese. Worst service I've had here in over 25 years. Won't be returning to pay 3x any other restaurants price for an our way or the highway bite of food with soggy bread. Can't believe I just paid 13$ for a medium dr pepper.

I went through the drive thru and my food was correct and warm for the most part. My fries are always old and cold from here though.
Definitely in need of some sort of management, shouldn't have to wait in the drive-thru at a fast food place for shift change!!! I can go way out of the way to the south end and still be done before them. Can't go back, takes absolutely too long to get through there.

I have quit going to this place not because the food was bad but because not took 30 minutes to go thru the drive thru with one person in front of me. I tried to go here several times and wasted my lunch break every time having to drive off without my food to get back to work on time. I really don't see how they are even still in business you never see anyone there and I'm sure it's because of the same reason.

OMG I had this once before & had a hot dog This 2nd time with the kids idk what this was The burger sliders had a slice of what looked like sandwich meat with a shit load of onions on it The rest of the food was ok but mainly every last one of us was in the bathroom sooner than later after eating this I won't & I'm sure my kids won't be asking for Krystals any more
