Love the guacamole and hot salsa. If you like spicy get some napkins ready cause you'll be sweating. The food is always good and the service is great, one of my favorite places to eat.

The server was nice but the cheese dip has a milk constancy. Very watered down . I ordered the vegi nachos. When it came out it was more like soup and had 2 extra ingredients that were not listed in the menu

Run and find elsewhere! The cheese "dip"was basically milk as well as on the nachos, the cheese "dip" turned the nacho chips soft and mushy, so if they cut corners that bad they probably use old chips too

They just cut an onion in half and put it in my burrito and the chicken was cut huge and hard, then they put the quesadilla on top of refried beans so the whole thing was soggy. They used to be ok, but now there's better places to eat in town than here.

Never a disappointment.....the steak Fajita Bowl with Mushrooms is amazing! The staff is always friendly! Los Arcos is definitely the best mexican restaurant in town!

Eat here about once a month and the past six months have been getting worse. I ordered street tacos (Pork & Steak) and the meat was very very dry and the texture led me to believe it was old. Also, they were out of grilled spring onions, which in my opinion, make the taco. They did not tell me until I got my food. The salsa tastes like tomato sauce out of a can and the chips are stale and all broke up...like they recycle.
Lastly, the waitress failed to keep a check on us. We had to waive her down for water refills and additional chips/salsa. She only had two tables at the time.
My family will not be back until they return to serving with pride.

7/31/24//20:14 CDT Why only one star, when the average should be three? That's due to being charged $12.50 for an $8.50 order. I asked & she said the menus were new. I asked for el hefe & she said there was no boss. This will be my next to the last visit here. My last visit will be much earlier in the day tomorrow to try to get my $4 back.
I ordered a chili relleno but got a stuffed half bell pepper. Was very disappointed. Everything else was fine.

My girlfriend ordered ordered the Fajita baked potato with less onion a bell peppers. It w.had way to many of both. After picking off the peppers and onions and eating about a third of it shew the rest of the potato was bruised and uneatable. Showed it to the server and she said it wasn't her fault and some times it happens. The cook had to see it when he cut the potato. Have eaten there several times but will not go back. I'm a retired Chef and would never ha let that go out of the kitchen. I would have fired the cook for trying to serve that to a customer. It shows they don't care what they serve.
