I’ve been a constant customer over the past decade. Here recently, my orders have all been messed up. When you call to tell them and request it be corrected they don’t answer. I’ve been pulled up to wait on my order only to be forgotten all together for over 20 minutes then my order was still wrong and cold. I won’t be going there for a while. I guess Jacks is about to get all my business.

This place is kinda sloppy and they charge you for a second drink if you don't want ice in yours. I can't have ice because of my fillings and I've never had another location take an issue with that especially when, if I were eating indoors, I would have unlimited refills with my drink cup.

Issues with this location. On two occasions, I received the wrong order and faced poor customer service. The most recent experience involved placing a mobile order of almost $40 only to find the restaurant closed early, leaving my payment unrefunded for 7 days so far, despite providing proof they continued to express the payment was not processed in the system and I need to bring a bank statement for proof bc my mobile app is not enough proof. This demonstrates a lack of consideration for customers.

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!! I did an online order and when I went to pick up my daughter asked me to add some items to the order. There is no way to do this in the app and the line was very long because the lobby is closed for remodeling. My husband downloaded the app and did the order for the additional items separately and when we finally got to the window they would not take both order numbers. I while I understand this is policy they should understand that under normal circumstances one of us would have been able to get down while the other went through the drive thru. Instead they wanted us to wait another 20 minures in line the food would have been cold by the time we made it home. I will use up all the points I have and never spend a dime here or in the rainsville location as they have the same owners.
