On any given time, I would rate this experience 4 stars across the board, but tonight, just wasn't one of those nights, and a business needs to know where it comes short. It wasn't a busy night at Osaka, only had 2 grills going, serviced by the same server. That server ended up not being very proactive, and didn't come around hardly at all. Both parties had to get up to get their own to go boxes being left alone so long after the cooks had already left, and then because we had a six or more party, stuck us with an 18% tip on top of it all. Unfortunately under no circumstance did service earn that gratuity, needless to say I'll remember to never come back with anything over 5 people, or we will find somewhere else to eat going forward, this isn't a cheap place to eat, and we spent nearly $70 for 3 people in my family alone. For Osaka, I recommend a retraining reminder for your servers to be attentive to your clients, and earn that 18% gratuity they're stuck with or earn the tips they get. Everyone at the table agreed it was poor service.

You want to have a nice place to take someone close to you. OS&SH is the place. Food.... Atmosphere... Price, Service..It's all there. I was at the Hibachi section, The chef was funny and very entertaining.. and The Food ..it was excellent. I am bringing all my friends and family from New Jersey whenever they come visit. Here is the deal....I left with food, we had drinks..and were entertained the whole time we were there and the price was so reasonable..I was shocked at the price for two people.. I mean . We were stuffed and we both had to take food home. Trust me ... Valentine's Day and the prices were absolutely great. Come and bring your friends...I know I'll be back....

Friendly service all the way around. Looking for fresh sushi? This is the place to be in for that. I give 4 stars on the food because my first experience with the filet mignone was tough. Other than that, the chicken, shrimp, sushi, soup, and salad were great!

Food is always fresh and taste great. The portions are HUGE. One order of steak and veggie noodles feeds three of us. Dining room only server was not cheerful or friendly and got our order wrong.

Absolutely floored by how amazing this meal was. We ordered a seared tuna appetizer, steak and shrimp hibachi with miso soup, an eel roll, and a California roll. Everything, from to finish, was perfectly cooked. So fresh, well seasoned, just absolutely delicious. The tuna had the perfect sear. The steak and shrimp were both cooked just right, and the taste was on point. The eel roll was ahh-may-zing!!! Spicy crab, tempura shrimp, with basically an eel filet on top. Eel is among my favorites, and cowabunga! Sooo good! My least favorite roll in general is a California roll. It’s usually flavorless and dry. Not tonight! I can’t say anything bad about our visit. Thank you for a wonderful ending to our workday!

Plenty of vegan options and value for money lunch time menu.A tonne of free parking on site.The restaurant also has a room with very large tables, so if in need of a function area or a bit family/office lunch or dinner, they have options for that too.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

I have enjoyed food dining in many times. This I ordered delivery and got the calamari for the first time, I can't believe they charged $11 for his chopped up mess. The spring rolls arrived cold when I paid for direct delivery, should not have happened. The rolls is good.
