Dakota is always friendly punctual and a great worker! I called once needing plates and y’all no lingers supplied them that’s ok and all well he brought me little wing baskets for plates he is such a kind young man and such a hard worker!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ever !! Our food was 90 mins late, but when we called to see where our food was the Store Manger was Rude & even hung up on us. We called Corporate & they did nothing. I used to eat here all the time, but not anymore. Papa John's lost a customer.

I pre ordered our pizza's to be ready at 4:45, when my daughter picked them up the lady told her they've been ready over an hour so needless to say that they were NOT fresh, not up to Papa John's standards! So disappointing after spending $60 ?

I ordered cheesesticks and a papada. The papada wasn't in the box. When I called she said she knows she put it in the box. When I explained to her you can tell it wasn't placed in the box because no grease settled into the box. She proceeded to say that wouldn't happen because they put paper in the box. There wasn't even that in the box just the garlic sauce and pepper. She offered to remake it but id have to come pick it up the reason I selected delivery had no way to get it. I should of been offered a refund because I could have sent a picture of the box to prove nothing was in the box. You can see the difference in the boxes!!!! Cheesesticks where put in the box the PAPADA WAS NOT!!!!!

Ordered a little after 7pm and order was supposed to be 40-45 mins and arrive @8pm
Fast forward over two hours later and hadn’t heard a word from papa John’s other then order was done and was waiting to be delivered. Fast forward some more and order was delivered by door dash at 9:47! Yes,you heard the right! 9….47!
Ended up getting dominos which was on top of things and had the pizza ready in less then 15mins!
Called over 20 times trying to get ahold of the papa John’s from 8:30 on and they didn’t answer ONE time! I finally got in touch when I tried one more time right before they closed at 10pm.
Store manager was quite rude. I told him I would’ve appreciated at least a call so I could’ve picked up or canceled order and he said “they didn’t have time so customers would just have to wait” due to there only being him and another guy all day.. NO excuse for an almost 3hr wait time with not even a call to let us know what’s going on.. Last time that location will be getting our business after this evening!
Say all of that for anyone thinking about ordering in the future! Maybe they’ll get their crap together so others won’t have to be stuck in the same boat we were in this evening!
