I pre ordered our pizza's to be ready at 4:45, when my daughter picked them up the lady told her they've been ready over an hour so needless to say that they were NOT fresh, not up to Papa John's standards! So disappointing after spending $60 ?

I ordered cheesesticks and a papada. The papada wasn't in the box. When I called she said she knows she put it in the box. When I explained to her you can tell it wasn't placed in the box because no grease settled into the box. She proceeded to say that wouldn't happen because they put paper in the box. There wasn't even that in the box just the garlic sauce and pepper. She offered to remake it but id have to come pick it up the reason I selected delivery had no way to get it. I should of been offered a refund because I could have sent a picture of the box to prove nothing was in the box. You can see the difference in the boxes!!!! Cheesesticks where put in the box the PAPADA WAS NOT!!!!!

Ordered pizza at 5:57 for delivery at 7:15 came at 8:05 via door dash (didn’t order door dash)and got lied too at 7:28 saying it wouldBe here in 3-5

Idk what all these old hicks are talking about giving 1 star reviews but the pizza and service was great.
The restaurant appeared very clean and organized, staff there was very friendly and professional and the food was great!

I had the best experience tonight. Dakota was the gentleman that delivered our pizza and also handed my husband a single rose and asked if it was okay if he gave it to me in honor of Mother’s Day. It was such a kind gesture and definitely one of the first I’ve ever had from someone I don’t know. Thank you for that. You definitely put a smile on my face.

At no point in time was the staff unfriendly or rude I just want to put that out there. I ordered pepperoni and extra cheese, the pizza looked great, however it certainly did not have extra cheese on it, I could see dough and sauce. I called and asked if they would be able to credit my next order for the cheese/topping, however I was informed that there was 4 CUPS of cheese on this pizza & it was correctly made. It became obvious that nothing was going to happen & I called corporate who then informed me to call the store... so feedback loop complete with no resolution & meanwhile I paid $37 for an incorrect pizza, pretty expensive even these days. Hot & Ready Little Ceasars for $6 sounds better for next time because it would be the exact same thing for $30 cheaper.

Went 2 days in a row just for the Oreo bites. The 1st order had me hooked, they were amazing!!! 2nd day, was barely able to eat 2 pieces.... Burnt, not good at all. One thing about it, I'm no longer
