I waited for my food for 50 mins. Then the manager gave me the excuse that he didnt have the drivers and had new cooks which is the same thing they say anytime I ask why it takes forever

I had an awesome experience at the Pizza Hut in Fort Payne, Alabama! The deep dish pizza was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of sauce. One of the best I’ve had in a long time!
My server, Brianna, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her great attitude really made the meal even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Great food and even better service

Fort Payne Pizza Hut is my autistic granddaughter's favorite place to eat. The service and food is always wonderful. She is a regular so most of them know she has a specific table and a set order that she will eat. She is non verbal but can say pizza.

Lunch buffet is always good, just needs a bigger selection. If you're just dining in try the pizza where they make the crust into cheese bites. I recommend the BBQ.
3/28/2025 Dough was quite underdone. Wings were too sweet for "Burnin'Hot!! Salad was iceberg lettuce. Only two types of dressing....both creamy! If you don't like creamy dressings your kinda out of luck. Ingredients were sparse. I didn't want croutons or tomatoes and so saved $$$ on those. Why not add a few extra pieces of cucumber and onion. Very lacking for a $50 bill. The only reason they get a 3 is the delivery driver was GREAT. Wished I had gotten his name. So i was happy to give him a $10 tip. Wouldn't trust them next time.

This location was good at one time but the last couple of times was really bad. The food was not good at all and the dishes still had food on the ? Plates. Waitress was really nice..October- 24-2024
