I did use Pizza Hut but I will NOT use them any longer. They deliver to our County jail but since I'm 100 yards from it and Not a police I cannot get delivered by them. Sounds a bit like discrimination to me. I think I may check into my options here. ? I will be just as happy with Domino's who will deliver here and does NOT discriminate.

Staff was exceptionally friendly!!! Food arrived still sizzling and the drinks and appetizer was served perfectly on time before our food. This is one of the best experiences I've had with a restaurant. The staff made an wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for the great experience and we will be revisiting when we come back through. Food wasn't all that great honestly. But they need to make it clear on the poster that says "All you can eat buffet for 9.99" is just for one person. I took my family and there was 5 of us. We asked how much it would be for the buffet for 5 ppl and the cashier said 9.99 flat. So we got our food and when the check came it was $54. And we didn't even have that much. They basically false advertised that sign. They need to rewrite it or something bc that was just embarrassing. Luckily, there was a good Samaritan there sitting behind us to help us out with our bill. So yeah......I rate them a 1 star.

went in to eat, service there was very awful food came out cold and overcharged us, sat and waiting for receipts and they were never brought went up to the counter still nobody around. Just very bad inside service.

Pizza hut standard for great food was upheld. It's a shame that I had to drive to Alabama to get the service and quality I expect, especially since I live in Georgia. I am grateful that I lived with in half an hour from the location.Customer service was amazing at the fort payne store.I am disappointed that I was supposed to be credited for my next order by corporate for the horrible service and food from the lafayette location on main Street. I was not. So great faith in the food was restored. Again just sad that I had to drive to another state to get it.
