Friendly and professional staff at this one. I may have had to wait a little longer than usual (not much longer) they took care of me and got me some FRESH chicken. Besides the food quality ranking at a “Fresh AF” I’m glad they got my order right! Shout out to the tall skinny dude and the two youngins!

First off, the speaker system is horrible. I couldn't understand half of what was being said. Then we had to repeat each part of our order multiple times. Finally the food was stone cold and parts of it were missing when we got it home. Never going back.

I see now why all the other locations are closing boaz, Albertville , & Scottsboro have already closed permanently Fortpayne will be next Very disappointed I ordered 12 ghost pepper wings with a get 6 free ( sweet& spicy ) on the app got home very pissed ? off to find All I got was 6 ghost pepper and 6 sweet& spicy this really bothers me when it’s not that hard to read what the screen says and they wasn’t busy so why was I short winged ?

Employee taking our order was pleasant. The food was fresh, but the manager decided to terminate an employee, and he was loud and kept repeating himself. This should have never taken place in the dining area. Made for a very unpleasant experience.

Only 2 girls working. No wonder it took 10 minutes to place order, then another 10 to get food. But it wasn't their faults... they needed help. They were friendly.Red beans and rice are my favorites. But it's too bad that every company keeps shrinking portion sizes, yet raises prices. The bowl for the beans n rice used to be around 3" tall. Now it's about 1/2 that size. Half the food.Blackened chicken sandwich was yummy.

Nasty bathroom food was horrible no menu and was told to google the menu. Food was cold and mashed potatoes had orange grease water on top biscuit could have bounced off the floor. Horrible
