Very disappointed on the food and service! I ordered a flatbread sandwich and the bread was a floor tortilla. So dang thin it was unbelievable. The quality has changed! . They only had 1/2 of the toppings available. As I was making my selections every time I asked for something the gentleman rolled his eyes at me! The food had no flavor even with a sauce added! I will no longer go there and pay that price for poor quality food!

Definitely need to teach their employees what pepper jack cheese is and how to properly make a sandwich for some reason the new girl put the wrong cheese after being told three times what cheese I wanted and she only put the cheese on half my sandwich I don't know if they are training their employees different now but when I worked at subway we definitely did a thousand times better.

It’s always a weird vibe when you go in they never have good tomatoes or lettuce, and I feel like the staff could be friendlier. They always seem to be upset.but it is always clean and well stocked

Every time I have coupons or there is an online offer, this location never participates. The same person must own others in the area, because they don't either. I have to drive an extra 30 minutes down the interstate if I ever want subs.

Subs are good but they do skimp on things especially the meat on the sub. I just order extra meat that way I can say something if I think I am being skimped. Just letting them know you know can fix that problem. I wrote this because I saw a few complaints on here and that was my main complaint as well. Service and atmosphere are good.
I mistakenly selected the wrong location and called to cancel the order and get a refund and the guy I spoke to refused to give me a refund and wanted to know my location and was rude! My location is none of his business but we ended up driving all the way to fort payne to get our order since he refused to refund us. I get that in was inconvenient but it’s also life, mistakes happen and some people choose to handle it the wrong way and unprofessionally
