My husband ate here yesterday and 30 minutes later was super sick, vomiting, diarrhea etc. will not be eating here anytime soon.

This is the worst taco bell that anyone could possibly go to. I would recommend going to any other fast food location in Fort Payne before you consider taco bell. The workers are rude and unhelpful, the food is expensive and even cost a whopping $3 more per item than locations in Chattanooga or Centre and for worse quality top. It feels like this location always burns the food, they cheap out on sauces or other ingredients by giving small amounts, and they for some reason elected to stop serving breakfast. Whoever runs this location and the Rainsville location is a poor manager. They seem to always think about money over a quality experience. There's no reason to charge 55% more for their food compared to other locations, I don't even blame the employees for being rude on my last visit because they seem to work for a miserable old scrooge who is running the local taco bells into the ground. If you want fast food, go anywhere else, McDonald's has excellent staff and dirt cheap prices, if you are craving tex-mex type food, head down the street to Los Arcos, which will cost you about the same or maybe even cheaper and you'll get more food and way higher quality food at that and it'll take about the same amount of time for them to get the food prepared for you. This taco bell is AWFUL.

As a random stop along the highway, probably one of the best Taco Bell‘s I’ve ever been to. All the food was served generously and as Best as Taco Bell should be . The Staff were very courteous and professional. …well worth the 2 miles I had to drive from the interstate, very satisfying and welcome surprise of the quality of food .
Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something, as my family goes all the time to various locations. The service here is wonderful! Super polite employees, and they were even nice enough to circle on the wrapper what the specific food item it was! Amazing!

i needed a food stop on my way home from a concert. pretty late in the night. the young guy was so sweet and replaced my twists with cinnabons since they ran out. i dont know if i was just that hungry, but it was probably the best gordita crunch i had ever had. my burrito was also good. very appreciative of the people who work so late for drivers like me.

Came in today and paid over $35 for next to no food. I ordered triple chicken on a power bowl, and I got about 2oz. of chicken. My wife's nachos were less than half the bowl, and we paid $5 for their new fries that equalled about 50 cents worth of food. Absolutely ridiculous, even for a fast food place!

If I could rate a 0 I would. The young lady at the window was absolutely rude. Then our order was missing multiple items and when my husband went in to tell them, they went ahead and made the items which we were thankful for, and then the woman that made the rest of the items slammed the bag down on the counter. We're nice people and didn't give a reason for all of the rudeness. I don't know that we will go back to this location anymore after this. It left us feeling super uncomfortable. :(
