I called over the phone to place a simple order that was only 20 wings 10 bone in and 10 boneless because I like bone in but my son who is sick trying to get better likes boneless my husband went to pick it up and they where all bone in and I repeated my self to her 3 times and she even repeated it back but still got messed up when I called them about it she even messed it up on the receipt so they would not fix it!! They really need to start paying attention and listen also get trained better..because that was so simple no one could have messed that up.. Especially me repeating it 3 times then her repeating it back😒

The most perfect crispy chicken I've ever eaten, the potatoes are also very tasty and the sauce goes amazingly well with the potatoes.I really liked it.
This location is mismanaged. Service is absolutely horrible and employees are rude. If you want to eat dinner here, plan for at least two hours as employees will not be in any rush to fix your food. Food is mediocre. Take your business elsewhere. There are many other great businesses in Fort Payne to choose from that offer a better dining experience and a better value for your money!
