The new Sweet Chilli flavor is fantastic!
We have to drive about an hour to get here but every time it's always so worth it. The staff are super friendly and the food is never bad. Get the cheese fries for extra deliciousness.

First time going and the dark headed little girl at the counter barely spoke, was short and vague, didn’t help me out with any questions, and kept her air pod in her ear the entire time I tried to order. When asking for a to go box she just quickly handed it to me and turned around without speaking. Food was good but the front counter should be friendly helpful and inviting. 1 adult and 2 kids eating was 32.00 and food was ready in about 15 minutes.

Dipping Sauces Problem
Ordered about 40 wings and two large fries
Was told that any dipping sauces like ranch were not included and would be an extra charge because I didn’t order “combos”
Almost cancelled my order. These are the small things that make customers feel like they are being taken advantage of vs a place like pluckers where they give you plenty of sauce on the side for free
If there was another wings place in Fort Payne I would have cancelled order and gone there

The food is great- it's a chain-and the staff friendly, but not organized or attentive. And either use the app or come in and wait because they WILL NOT help if you try to order ahead- you are placed on hold and no one comes back on the phone! Spoke to the manager and was dismissed.
