The workers were extremely rude to my family when we stopped by. The young girl who took our order rolled her eyes at us when we asked for sauce while the other worker was too busy chatting with a friend across the counter to help. Will not return.

i literally do not get how when you press the "toast" side on doordash, you get no fries. i got NO fries with my 10$ big zax snack meal and two pieces of bread. when you go to the drive thru window and say "i want a big zax meal with extra toast, no slaw" you get the meal with extra toast. HOW IS DOORDASH ANY DIFFERENT?? ordered 3 cookies got 2. i am so disappointed??

First of all order online food and was cold like frozen cold by time went picked up not even 20 mins and they never close drink lids one spilt all over me in car because they don’t…they need stop being so lazy

Ima put a 3 instead of 1 so if this happens again, I can go lower. But whoever had the genius idea to save money by no longer putting the slaw it its own container, and just letting it loose all in the plate to make your fries and chicken SOGGY and soaked in watery mayo, was a genius. If this happens again, I won’t be back to any zaxbys. Ppl like crispy fries and crispy chicken, take it to corporate, this is stupid.

I love this place with all my heart. Zaxbys always fills me with warmth and food. It also so incredibly tasty. I love this place so much. I have a zaxbys addiction. The nibblerz are so amazing. The staff is also very friendly and it’s very clean in there. I have never had a problem with anyone or anything there. It brings me so much happiness. I get overjoyed. I get excited. I love this place. So beautiful. Thank you FP zaxbys. ❤️

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru they gave me burnt food. There are 6 staff members standing at the counter so I don't think they are short handed. When I went inside to get food that is not burnt no one apologized for any of it. No one was friendly. I don't usually complain but this was ridiculous
