After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru they gave me burnt food. There are 6 staff members standing at the counter so I don't think they are short handed. When I went inside to get food that is not burnt no one apologized for any of it. No one was friendly. I don't usually complain but this was ridiculous

Try the handmade peach tea! It is phenomenal!The chicken is always great.I've had nothing but truly honest great customer service. Employees are always very polite, and smile.I've only had one issue in the many times I've been to this restaurant. Yesterday I ordered slaw instead of fries like usual. I used the mobile app, picked up through drive thru. When I got home, unfortunately the slaw was not in a container, but just put in the tray. It had gotten juices all over my chicken, toast and bag, and I had to toss the slaw and toast as it had became a mess. I salvaged my chicken strips, but they were soggy as well, and very small. The peach tea rocked though.I highly suggest this restaurant. Prices are very fair, and would recommend it to anyone. You can earn rewards with the mobile app, and service is always fast and friendly.
