“Our host was super kind. Service was pretty good cause I liked our server but she got my to go order wrong that I ordered for my mom and I didn’t know until we were home already. I tried to call next day but they were too busy to answer I guess. Not sure if I’ll be back to this location I usually go to the other one in Hoover.“

“This is a hidden gem. I'd give more than 5 stars if they were available. We looked at the menu on line and there were atypical offerings that attracted us. The food was excellent. My wife and I shared the beef steak tartare appetizer. It was a different presentation, but each bite was better than the one before. She then had the snapper in banana leaves with a side of sweet potatoes, and I had the duck breast with a papaya salad and sambal. Both portions were ample and we skipped dessert. A sign of a great chef is when food needs no added seasoning. None needed any. They also have an excellent wine selection. My only negative, which I make everywhere, is the noise level.“

“We come here frequently Friday nights and are the only folks in the place except for the steady stream of people picking up take out! We have enjoyed every dish we’ve had as well as their sake & wine selection. Particularly the tako salad, the kale salad, the spicy tuna poke bowl and the bao mi buns were delicious.“

“Fantastic food! I had the basil pork and it was wonderful. The old fashioned with the smoked orange was also the bomb. The owner ( I think it was the owner--it was very loud and I couldn't hear him, but he appeared at our table of six at least twice) was super attentive and has a kind demeanor. I will be back.“

Really fun menu, conveniet mobile ordering options. And plus you get to go drink some Good People Brewing Co. beer with it! Not much more to it than good food, good portions, and easy ordering.

Would love to review the food. Showed up at 9:30 from out of town on recommendation. Stood at the window for about 10 minutes, was acknowledged with a “What’s your name?” said I hadn’t ordered yet, and was told “Kitchen’s fuckin’ closed.”“

“I'll keep it short and simple. The foods are outstanding. My personal favorite is the blackpepper shrimp. Very clean place run by friendly faces. They're really helpful and fast. 100% will come back again. Best food in the area.
