A solid 2.5 star restaurant, sometimes you get what you ordered, and sometimes you dont. It pays to check your order before leaving drive- thru. if this is what you are looking for, then this is the place for you.

Absolutely love coming to jacks when I visit my parents you don’t get service in illinois like you do in alabama especially at jacks. The service was so friendly, true southern hospitality. I cannot come to visit without stopping for a bacon egg and cheese. They are so delicious.
The young lady at the drive through so was nice , extremely friendly. Definitely will be back.

Love that you can get mashed potatoes and Green Beans,instead of French fries, to go with my hamburger. And if my wife or co-worker wants something different from a burger, they have a fish sandwich, or Fried chicken.
