Visited the Subway in Rainsville, Alabama on 2/9/2020. The place was very clean and tidy, There was one young lady working and a line of 6 people in front of me and 3 behind . She was very efficient and friendly. She worked the line like a pro. She answered all questions, worked the line down and made no mistakes on the orders. That place has a wonderful employee in this young lady.
As one other reviewer said this place has managing issues. You have to go on a regular basis to understand. Today everything will be good, decent service, food, overall experience. Tomorrow, may be the worst subway you have ever visited. You never know what your going to get.

janet, was the only person working. someone called in or idk. but she was super upbeat, very attentive to our needs. she made sure everything was just the way we wanted it! that woman was doing it allll by her self! but was so upbeat, never got stressed and treated everyone with a smile and good attitude!
