After getting all these coupons in the mail just to find out that this Subway does not except any coupons.. so I paid the full price as usual but this time the wheat bread was tough as leather, could not chew it. I am done with this Subway...

My friend went into the subway in Rainsville Alabama Sunday and he thought they had soft pretzels so he asked for 2 of them and the employees acted like they didn't understand what he was saying . He told me they were both Spanish and didn't understand what he wanted ..we will not be back..

Ordered a no bread bowl. What I got was 1/3 of the meat I was supposed to get and 1 piece of the wrong cheese put on the bottom of the bowl. Then the lettuce and other vegetables were thrown on top of the meat. The meat is supposed to be on top and the amount should be what would be on a sandwich. Believe me it wasn't. Asked for dressing on side, it was dumped on it. You need to train workers betters. Looked nothing like the picture.

The night shift workers doesn't listen to what you tell them what you want on the sandwich. The night employees are always laughing and taking about the customers. And they make you feel really uncomfortable when you go in to order. Some of them even hide in the back instead of helping when they are busy.

Stopped in this Subway earlier today and ordered a sandwich, chips, and drink. It was almost $15 for all of that. The sandwich had very little meat on it, but roughly a pound of onions. The ice machine did not work, and the drink mix tasted as if it expired two years ago. It was barely edible, and no better than that.Verdict: Go to McDonalds if you're eating in Rainsville, it's consistently good almost every time.
