I just moved here from ATL and this American Deli has to be the best one I’ve ever had food from. Everything was so dang good. and perfect. Normally when you get delivery, your food is always messed up somehow. Not here. I am more than satisfied!!!!!!

My food was just thrown together. I got honey hot and lemon pepper. They did not separate my wings properly and sauce was all over my lemon pepper. Will not be going back at all. I had to take a paper towel and wipe off all the sauce. Sauce wings and dry wings should always be separated

Don't bother calling in a order . They will not start to prepare it until you pay. Even if u work next door . I just called in my food and waited 10 minutes only to find out I had to wait 20 more because it wasn't started till after pay. Which is wrong my lunch brake was over before i got my food. The Chinese woman is rude . Refuses to let someone say hello to.her workers will wave her hands in the air like no no no hellos they on my time. It's the mall friendly faces . But not there.

American Deli is no joke whatsoever. I got myself a fried rice combo. The fried rice was fresh and delicious. I honestly love the employees too they are very kind I really have no idea who this "lady" these people are complaining about but the employee who took my order was very nice. His name was Alex or something? I genuinely do not remember exactly but he was a very nice employee. I hope this lady whoever that "rude employee" people are talking about is fired and that Alex is still serving customers like me today. He makes American Deli better!

This location is above average, overall not taking my satisfaction away from here. The food out here is just delicious, never undercooked. The employees there were nice. This place always smacks and it's being slept on, this why there aren't many customers coming. I hope this review boosts their business a bit because I have high hopes they'll be home to many greater experiences in customer service and food as well.

My experience at this American Deli located at the Gadsden Mall: I stopped by for lunch because I have not tried this place before. The employees immediately got started with the order and they were kind enough to suggest me what I should get. I got myself the burger combo, coming with 12 pc. wings, and it came with crinkle fries. The burger was delicious, and so were the fries. They were delicious too. The wings were a bit small but the taste was alright. Overall a great experience and I will be glad to return here soon.

Gadsden Mall: I ordered my family a meal that coat $57.32 through DoorDash for pickup. I received the order confirmation and all. I get to the restaurant and they are trying to make me pay again for an order that I have proof has been paid for. I show them my email receipt and my bank account. They are still saying my order isn't paid for and I need to pay. There is clearly a language barrier. I'm thinking they are giving me a refund, they charge my account AGAIN and still tell me I owe money. At this point, I don't even want the food anymore. I tell them to keep it. I just want my money! They refunded me $18 cash. That is from the 2nd transaction of money they tried to take from my account. I STILL WANT MY $57.32.I will surely go to the Better Business Bureau and all social media until my money is refunded. Shame on American Deli for not running their business properly and trying to double charge me. I have time today. I will keep complaining until my money is refunded.

I ordered over the phone and it was extremely difficult to understand anything. I came to pick it up and it was wrong. I had to wait on the food to cook. I just found some hair in my food. I’m disgusted.

The food here is ok however, every time I have went the ladies who work here are very rude. Good food or not, my family, my office or myself will never eat here again due to the ugly, disrespectful way we are treated every time we visit.

If this is the deli in the new Food City it's the only department that needs attention. I paid way to much for bad service and undercooked food.
