My daughter and I went to eat at Applebee's today. We go in an the young lady greeted us and we asked if there was a booth available. Anyway she proceeded to clean the table for us. We waited maybe 10 minutes and another couple came in after us. We waited and she finally seated us. Well we waited some more and unfortunately we were never waited on. After about 20 minutes no one had asked us about drinks or anything. There was a young man bringing orders to the customers who were there prior to us coming in, but no one thought to acknowledge us. So we sat a little while longer. We saw the young man bring the couple that came in after us their food. So at this time my daughter and I decided to leave. As we were passing another table the man sitting there asked if we had been waited on and we told him no. And he told us that he didn't blame us for leaving. I don't know what the problem was but I have never been there and was treated like this before. I guess I'll never know the reason why. I didn't rate the food because we never had the chance to order. But on prior visits the food was good, the atmosphere was good as well as the service.

The waitress was doubling as the hostess, and she took my Togo order from a table because I was not feeling sick. They quickly got my order made, and they were very friendly. I had ordered 2 big bowls of taco soup and 2 Cesar salads, and both were great tasting.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is handicapped accessible
Wheelchair accessibility: I saw curbside ramps. The front door access would be hard to manage if I was in a wheelchair trying to enter by myself.

Your typical run in the middle Applebee's subpar service waiter brought me the wrong food he kind of shrug it off 35 minutes later he brought me cold burnt food and then just disappeared the food my son had he liked the appetizers were okay it's been 2 years since I was at an Applebee's now I know why

I've had great experiences here many times but today was not close. Not sure what was going on but the lack of details and food was a huge wait. We ordered pretzel sticks and the first order was hard. The chicken sandwich wasn't as big as other locations I had but still tasty. I just wish the food was handled better. Lastly the app did not allow a picture to upload for the Superbowl. It only allows 100k. You can't take photo of the whole receipt then .

I ordered Caesar salad with blackened shrimp. There was sooooo much dressing on the salad...not good at all. All I could taste was the dressing, shrimp was even covered in it. From now on I will ask for dressing on the side. I eat there occasionally and the food is usually very good but have noticed recently food not warm enough or overcooked or undercooked.

I wanted to take time to say how great our experience was! around 8pm on a Thursday night my husband, daughter, and 1 went in we were seated by a nice gentleman he cleaned us off a table and high chair and asked our drinks. we both ordered water and i was looking at the alcohol beverages when he came back i asked him what his favorite drink was and he gave great recommendations i tried the boo lagoon and it was so good. food came out perfect, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, overall it was the best restaurant experience ive had in a while. David was our server and 10/10 recommend!!!
