After driving 7 hours, we found this place open and was almost time to close (about 30 minutes). They received us in a polite manner (not in rush). The food was so flavory, the meat and the chicken breast well cooked. The server was very nice.

Night shift is on demon time manager is too confrontational by the time my food made it out to me didn’t trust it enough to eat it I have been to several apples and will not be back to this one just seemed like my waitress was in an awful mood the manager paid a visit to us twice and each time she was confrontational someone needs to teach them to lighten up a bit more and smile then maybe I would have been able to trust the food that was brought to me

Come here all the time waited almost 45 minutes for a 15-20 minutes lunch. Called in at 12:06 and was put on a 10 minute hold then arrived car side still not ready. I get a hour for lunch. I order here because it’s fast never had service this bad.
The waitress was wonderful. Other than that, it left too much to even describe.

Hair in my son's food manager didn't want to do nothing about it. And dead flys next to the table in the window. She acted like it was no big deal will not be coming back.

My daughter and I went to eat at Applebee's today. We go in an the young lady greeted us and we asked if there was a booth available. Anyway she proceeded to clean the table for us. We waited maybe 10 minutes and another couple came in after us. We waited and she finally seated us. Well we waited some more and unfortunately we were never waited on. After about 20 minutes no one had asked us about drinks or anything. There was a young man bringing orders to the customers who were there prior to us coming in, but no one thought to acknowledge us. So we sat a little while longer. We saw the young man bring the couple that came in after us their food. So at this time my daughter and I decided to leave. As we were passing another table the man sitting there asked if we had been waited on and we told him no. And he told us that he didn't blame us for leaving. I don't know what the problem was but I have never been there and was treated like this before. I guess I'll never know the reason why. I didn't rate the food because we never had the chance to order. But on prior visits the food was good, the atmosphere was good as well as the service.
