The young man their name MJ has an awesome personality and anytime me and my wife see him there we make sure to stop by because he makes our experience of ordering food always good!
Arby's better keep him because he is a damn good worker with a great personality.

This is absurd, I work at an establishment down the road , and I used to love going here every night. One of the few places open late. I was a regular and got a buffalo chicken sandwich plain with cheese. Tell me why 2 out of 5 days, nearly the same days every week, mu sandwich was messed up. Normally I just call and they fix it the next day, But I live 26 minutes away. I suppose I should be checking my order, But in reality I think the expectation that my very simple regular order should be this hard for anyone of employment status to follow. This is the first review i've ever written, I've never been this baffled by the innabyility to follow simple instructions. You think the fifth time of having to remake my sandwich the next day they would get the hint. It's late, I'm hungry, I'm mad and yall need a new cook on Mondays and Fridays.

It was about 12:45 a.m. and we wanted a milkshake. Arby's does not close til 2 a.m. but when we pulled up at the drive-thru and tried to order the milkshakes we were definitely disappointed. They told us that they didn't have any milkshakes cause they had already cleaned the machine. Now why would you have it cleaned 2 hours before your closing?
