This is absurd, I work at an establishment down the road , and I used to love going here every night. One of the few places open late. I was a regular and got a buffalo chicken sandwich plain with cheese. Tell me why 2 out of 5 days, nearly the same days every week, mu sandwich was messed up. Normally I just call and they fix it the next day, But I live 26 minutes away. I suppose I should be checking my order, But in reality I think the expectation that my very simple regular order should be this hard for anyone of employment status to follow. This is the first review i've ever written, I've never been this baffled by the innabyility to follow simple instructions. You think the fifth time of having to remake my sandwich the next day they would get the hint. It's late, I'm hungry, I'm mad and yall need a new cook on Mondays and Fridays.

It was about 12:45 a.m. and we wanted a milkshake. Arby's does not close til 2 a.m. but when we pulled up at the drive-thru and tried to order the milkshakes we were definitely disappointed. They told us that they didn't have any milkshakes cause they had already cleaned the machine. Now why would you have it cleaned 2 hours before your closing?

Ordered a simple classic beef sandwich and got this. It was cold and didn't look ok to eat so I just threw it away. Wont be back.
Food was good. The person taking our order only rang up the sandwiches. Not our other items, then walked away from the window when I asked about the rest of the order. The manager came over and completed our order.
I come here Regularly, Multiple times a week usually because I work late at night and the food is good (little pricey) and the people are nice. NOT TONIGHT! I got off Way early for a change but still came by (Monday April 29 so the manager knows when) at 10:05 and I was told they’d already closed down the front so they couldn’t get me a Coke Zero…. I come by here at 1:30 A.M. and it’s not a problem, but this employee can’t handle walking to the front of the store and put the nozzle back on? It’s never been an issue for other employees before. I have worked food service and removed nozzles. Seriously about 10 seconds, but that was just TOO much for them. Talk about lazy. If you can’t even handle this much, go home and live off the government because you Have to be disabled to be this lazy. Wait, no. I have worked with both mentally and physically disabled people and their work ethic was Much better. If I come by and hear their voice again I’ll just drive off cause I know they’re going to refuse my order.

i doordashed me food but arby’s put the wrong order in my bag. i ordered a classic french dip and swiss ( got the dip sauce for it ) but instead of the sandwich i got a crispy chicken wrap also, ordered a smokehouse brisket also but instead got a kings hawaiian brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich. two different orders as well. and when i went to call them to tell them the lady said i had to go through doordash even though it is the workers fault for not paying attention and not taking ownership of their faults. i usually love coming to this arbys but made me very upset.

So we stopped by and got a market place sandwich. Turkey...bacon and i can't remember what all was on it other than lettuce and tomato.But it was very good ....bread was very fresh. The young man that took our order was very nice and we got our food quickly. Of course I had to ring the bell. I appreciate good food and good service.Thank you Arby's ?
