Went thru drive thru close to 9pm ordered some sliders, and Mac n cheese bites and a cup of ajus. We had to pull up to wait on Mac n cheese bites witch was fine except the fact they gave them to us burnt also left out the ajus sauce and we had to pull back around and get it. Oh and they didn't put my turn over in the bag either and didn't notice till I done got back to the hospital with my food.

I've been to this location twice this week. Sat in the drive thru for a while without the line moving nor any employee taking orders. There were at least 5 cars in line each time. After the line not moving I took my business elsewhere. I won't be back.

They make the food good at this location in Gadsden Alabama but they have a tendency to close the lobby 2 hours before closing time and some days they keep the lobby open until 30 minutes to closing

Be sure to download the app and check it often. Arby's has been known to run some really good specials. In April they gave away a free sandwich every week. Thanks, Arby's!! I enjoyed that.The Reuben sandwich is one of my favorites. But the classic roast beef is always such a treat.
