would be less than one star if possible ordered the brisket sandwich and they forgot the bottom bun and bbq sauce. how do you make a sandwich wrong it’s literally two pieces of bread with stuff in between.

I was staying at Hampton Inn and my family went and got Arby’s and the staff was so rude to me !!! I got a refund because one lady was trying to fight !! I was complaining about waiting for almost 45 minutes on a dine in order I would go to the one in east Gadsden if you want Arby’s I have never had a problem with them !! I got my food for a lower price in East Gadsden unfortunately I tried to buy 3 sliders and 2 beef and cheddars + a cheese stick for my baby sister she is 7 and picky !!! My total was 45 dollars and none of the sliders or beef and cheddars was a combo so I don’t know the staff could have been more friendly with me I was just confused after I got my food and that lady was being hostile with me because I complained about it !!! She got up in my face and I was waiting for her to hit me with witness she wasn’t even the cashier Arby’s on rainbow drive sucks we won’t be back if you can act like that in front of my family I’m good she had my sister crying!!!!
Cashier played on phone the whole entire time we was there and did not tempted to the customer's properly

Went thru drive thru close to 9pm ordered some sliders, and Mac n cheese bites and a cup of ajus. We had to pull up to wait on Mac n cheese bites witch was fine except the fact they gave them to us burnt also left out the ajus sauce and we had to pull back around and get it. Oh and they didn't put my turn over in the bag either and didn't notice till I done got back to the hospital with my food.
