Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese with Arugula Salad
Our signature entree-sized baked pasta was made with a bechamel sauce with parmigiano reggiano and gruyere cheeses. Topped with crunchy breadcrumbs. Served with arugula salad from our garden with parmigiano shards, dried cranberries, apples, and toasted pecans with a balsamic raspberry vinaigrette.

I love that this café, located in the downtown branch of the Gadsden Public Library, is providing real life culinary training to teens with developmental challenges to enable them to obtain gainful employment after graduation. As a long-time vegan living in Alabama, I know great vegan food and the vegan crab cakes hit the spot! My omnivore dining partner loved the pimento cheese sandwich and the coconut curry soup!! Everyone that works there is so lovely and we can't wait...

Absolutely excellent experience here! Vibes are awesome & everyone is friendly. The quality of the real grown ingredients could put other restaurants at the edge of the cliff. Come see them at the Gadsden library! You have no idea what you're missing out on!

I love it! The menu items I chose were the vegan crab cakes, carrot cake, and orange blossom lemonade. Every single item was delicious and beautiful executed. The vegan crab cakes were seasoned perfectly, golden brown, and had just the right amount of crunch. The carrot cake was moist and delicious. Last but not least, the orange blossom lemonade was sweet with a slight floral after note. I can't wait to go back next week. Great job guys!
