So I a great morning I came to burger king and ask for 5 orders of 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches and they tell me I can’t get them that they only can sell me 6 sandwiches since I needed 10 because of my kids mom me and hubby I was very surprised that they are lazy and unhappy to help customers they advertise but their service is very sad last time I go to burger crap :/

I don't understand why this location suddenly stops taking drive thru orders at random times. I just stopped by there. They took the orders of the 3 cars ahead of me. Stopped taking orders after that. How sorry do you have to be to do that. The manager should be fired for his stupidity!!

Went through drive through last night and ordered a low carb whopper patty with one slice of cheese, which is a diabetic Keto protein snack. No bread, just meat and pickles and mayo. The new guy didn't understand. Manager popped in on his head set and got the order right, then literally screamed to the top of his lungs: G*d D*mn!!!! Probably bc he knew who I was and I got him in trouble before. He is a literal jerk. Went to the window. The new guy looked mad. Woman was nice and fixed it. I asked who it was that screened the obscenity and she lied and said she didn't know protecting him. I asked the new guy who it was. He said, I just started.In other words, I don't want to snitch and be fired. I finally noticed barely someone was standing hiding to the left of the window. Can't hide that huge muffin top which the night manager sports. I pulled up a little bit and saw it was him looking all mad. I said, Oh it's you hiding over her. What's your name and he turned and walked to the kitchen. Coward. You can't own your mess? They all look mad, except the woman. She was able to act professional with this extreme hateful loser to work for.

Omg ! This is definitely the WORST Burger King that we’ve been to. The drive through was totally a joke. They made me wait for 30 minutes and still got my orders Wrong! I specifically asked the woman at the window “ was this everything that I ordered? “ Of course she said yes! When I came home and opened my he bag, the double Texas whopper sandwich that I got just has 2 buns and 2 beef patties!!!! I ordered a fish sandwich and they gave me a chicken sandwich that I hated!!!! When I called the store someone answered the phone and immediately hung up on me !!!!!! This was unbelievably Horrible! I am planning to report them to the regional HQs!!!

Ordered thru door dash. Whoppers were great, and chicken nuggets. Can not tell you about our fries or onion rings, we did not get them. They were not given to our dash driver. This is not the first time this store has done this. I feel like at times we pay for someone else we don't know to eat. I will gladly give someone a meal, but I don't like paying for food I don't receive.

I ordered in store on the kiosk. I ordered the new Fried Pickle sandwich, we wait about 6-7 minutes without being offered our drinks before they tell us they don’t have any fried pickles. Even when the food was ready, we had to ask for our drinks that we ordered. We wanted to eat inside but the lobby was disgusting, covered in trash and every table filled with crumbs and sticky. They were also out of ice, medium or small lids, and got my side incorrect.
Stood in lobby Monday, Nov 25, 2024 for lunch at counter for 5 minutes and got no help. There were no other customers in the dinning room. The dinning room looked run down and unkept. So I left and took my business elsewhere. Never going back again.

I sat in Drive thru for 8mins while 1 car sat at ordering kiosk, no cars in front of this 1 car, I pulled past car at kiosk up to window & the very well body proportinate lady was on her phone, I asked if they was open & this overly body proportionate lady who was on her phone looked at me & went back to her phone. Maybe BK needs to do like other fast food restraunts & obtain employees from local rehab places, they are happy to work & need to good direction in life!!

If I could give 0 stars I would-- seriously one of the WORST burger kings around the area. Placed an online pick up order and waiting over 20 minutes for food. They never made it. And when confronted they got the whole order wrong. Do NOT come to this location in East Gadsden. No one working knows what the hell they're doing.
