Manager on duty last night was very rude. He rung our order in wrong had to refund then ring up again then they had to remake our order 3 times still got it wrong. I used to be a manager at a BK this place is a laughing stock that gives the BK name a black eye. Thee store was dirty the people standing around like they didn’t have anything to do when no customers was around when there should’ve been cleaning done. ESPECIALLY the restrooms

I walked in and they weren’t very busy to be 12:30pm. There was no one in line. Took about 5 minutes for anyone to come up to the register and take my order. Asked for sweet tea and they said they didn’t make any today. Went to fill my cup from the automatic drink dispenser and there was no ice. Ordered the trio 2 chicken sandwiches and a drink. The chicken sandwiches had no lettuce, just mayonnaise and a lot of it. I prefer Burger King over any other fast food places and was very disappointed with it today.

A full service, high functioning and welcoming Burger King open for business. The manager here today listened to my “picky“ order and made sure things were cooked and prepped to spec.
The cashier working the counter is a friendly professional. This restaurant offers new technology for placing an order and pouring your soft drink.
It’s busy inside and out, which is a good sign. If you want hot food cooked to order and friendly service in Gadsden, head to this community’s Burger King. I’ll see you there!
The bathrooms were clean and wheelchair access from the parking area is clearly marked. Inside wheelchair users can find comfortable seating for lunch and to gather together with friends or family.

So I went to Burger King in East Gadsden 12/1/2025 I ordered the Crispy Onion Whopper Combo with no raw onion no pickle cut in half with Onion Rings, and a coke..I get home it's raw onions,no crispy strips, no cheese no bacon and it wasn't cut in half they just gave me a regular damn whopper combo....And not to mention the number is disconnected so you can't call and tell them...I wished I could give you no stars

Ate there about 30 minutes ago, food cold ,ask for fresh onions rings so hard couldn't chew it, wouldn't give a child a toy and she only 2 ,all tables dirty ,bathroom didn't looked touched in months, employees was hateful, won't be going back there

Wasn't able to get my already payed for app order. The front cashier guy was yelling and pacing back and forth. He had a dispute with another man about his order. He kept saying he was going to walk out and this was the worst manager ever. It was finally my turn! He said I so want to take your order. I said it was on the app so it would be quick. He said good luck and walked out. Then came back in started pacing back and forth again. Did everything but say pickup for app order and put it in. So I walked out counting my blessings I did not eat there. I will wait days for a refund but it's worth it. Proceed With CAUTION ⚠️ UPDATE! (Customer service can give you coupons but do not expect a refund.)
If it weren't for the people being nice, this would be a 1 star review. The floors were sticky, the booths were falling apart and nasty. The fries we ordered were under cooked. The drink machine was on it's last amount of coke and dr. Pepper. There was no ice in the machine. They had some in the back. The drinks were gross. I had to pour out my dr. Pepper and get them to get an organge Hi-c. One of the burgers wasn't that great. If Burger King does not straighten up, it will lose business and close. The cleanliness and how dilapidated it is is unacceptable. Im not the only one in the reviews to have this problem. Change your store or you'll have to close the store.

I waited 20 minutes for someone to respond at the drive-through. When someone did answer, they had an attitude and were condescending. They didn't get the order right. We waited about 5 minutes to get the food. The food was 2 crispy wraps. One wrap had the tomato out of the wrap just laying on the wrap in the paper. The other wrap had most of the lettuce on the outside of it. This happened on 07/25/2025 at 07:01:52 PM. Store ID is #469.

Employees did not care about there dine in customers one had been waiting on 2 cheeseburgers another on a door dash and 1 had been waiting 20 mins on her order we waited for 10 mins for service 2 girls was expediting orders had no clue what they was doing did not know what orders they had gotten out nor what the cook was giving them got this from there conversation when more people started coming i asked when we could get service because more people was coming in and was told it was going to be a min because they was trying to get there drive thur time down few mins passed and husband had seen enough so we left no one waiting had received there food and there was 1 car at window and 1 waiting to order no drive thur line we left at 1pm went to cook out ordered ate and was back on the road at 1.25pm they have in together .
