I've never eaten here. I own a small restaurant myself. I give 5 stars because of the owners response to a negative review I saw on FB. kudos to you and wish you continued business success.

We love CJ’s. The food is always amazing and so is the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The crab legs and shrimp combo is our family’s favorite meal!

I met a group of friends on a Thursday. CJ's had just moved back to downtown Gadsden. Our server, Destiny was great. The food was amazing. It was my first time eating in the restaurant. I've ordered many times through delivery services. It was great then as well. I'll be back and until then, I'll tell everyone.

I was hesitant since the name included "bar", but this is a large restaurant with an enclosed small bar. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the food is very good. The house-made gumbo is thick with pieces of seafood, sausage and okra, and is delicious ! The fried shrimp platter was very good, with eight moderately large, firm shrimp, coleslaw and fries. The prices were very fair, and the servers were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place, and I will return whenever I am in the area.

This was our first visit with some friends and it was one of the worst meals ever. I ordered the jumbo shrimp dinner and one of my friends ordered the ribeye rare.
My jumbo shrimp were small and rubbery. My friend’s steak was very thin and cooked well done We wasted $130 and will not be back.
