I ordered the supreme sampler, my son a kid's fish meal, and a order of cheese sticks. The manager specifically asked me herself what kind of sauces I need I told her everything I needed. Why give me 1 tartar sauce for 3 pieces of fish, 1 honey mustard for 8 cheese sticks, and 1 sweet and sour for 2 pieces of chicken! When I just called and asked her why did she only give me 1 of each sauce she said she felt like it was the appropriate amount. I don't understand then had the nerve to tell me she'll be glad to give me more if I come back! My food will be cold it's pointless.

Had to wait in line for an hour to get our order. Had to tell the girl 4 times when we ordered what type fish we wanted. It was 1230 pm lunch time and they was out of some sides already poor planning for a busy sunday. They worst expérience we have had at this location They need a new manager and crew or some retraining of the ones they have just came in to check on it there is only 3 workers and they didn't have any speed about them

Ordered grilled white fish eat-in without hushpuppies/bread because I am allergic to wheat. Was given fried fish with hush puppies. They remade it and it was thrown in a to-go box and I wasn’t given any rice and the fish was DRENCHED in butter. All I ate was the broccoli. Will never be back. I’ve never had a bad experience like this at other Captain D’s locations.

Was told food was cooked when ordered took about 20 minutes in the drive thru watch the girl up front put her hand in the bucket and wipe her hands on pants then put on rubber gloves when ask her what the store number was she said she didn't know it

Just flat out refused to let me order food at 5:30pm in an empty store. They said because only 3 people were working.
The fish was cooked to perfection tonight, but it's always good. The service is not very fast, but that's something that is to be expected from stores like Captain D's and if that's not something I can deal with at the time I'll just go somewhere else. The manager who took our order and served our meals was friendly and courteous.
The atmosphere was not that great because it was almost closing time and all the condiments had been put up and there was no sweet tea in the dining room. But they were available at the register. The dining room was clean.

Forgot both my fries after ordering family meal ( $35) Didn’t realize till I drove 15 mins home, went back to get the fries and figured they could spare some sweet tea for the mistake but nah. Won’t be spending money here again.
