This place is very racist they play like they are big Christian company but they're not they're very racist and they treat their black employees different from the whites and the Mexicans they get mad if they see a black man working better than them and doing better than them the two white men that are general managers I guess or whoever they are I seen it for my own eyes they're very rude they might have good food they are not who they are stop playing like y'all are Christians I will never eat Chick-fil-A again

I came there yesterday to pick up a remake of a grilled chicken salad that had been delivered to me the week before. I came through the drive thru with my daughter. I told them who I was, placed the order for the salad, and my daughter ordered food as well. Even with it being a remake for a mess up -they gave me the wrong dressing , and gave us the wrong order for my grandson. I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to come back and address it. I called today to make them aware .. I was nice about it - and literally all the manager said was "thanks for letting me know. " I can spend my money elsewhere.

Corporate needs to make some changes to this location. I have never been to a location that got so many things wrong!!!
I ordered a market salad with extra blue cheese, which I was charged for, and got some gross salad with corn and not blue cheese on it, even though the sticker on top said what should have been inside. Why do you stick stickers on things if you don’t give them what’s on the label.
No ketchup, even though I was offered it and replied “two please”.
No crackers for my soup.
My frozen lemonade had little chunks in it. EW!
I think that my fries were dropped in a salt bath.
Do you need new management? This location does NOT live up to Chic-Fil-A standards.

I went there one day to buy a ice cream cone and the lady that was running the register what's the one that fixed my ice cream cone but I noticed that she had wiped her hand across her face and her scratched across her nose and she went back there and made my cone and her hand was in my ice cream when she handed the cone to me. My thing is if you know that you are working with people's food please be mindful of your scratching and rubbing on your face when you dealing with people food .

I am over this place. Workers huddled up and looked like they did not know why I drove up. Charged me for lettuce and tomato that was never even discussed.....BUT I also did not get the lettuce and tomato. Messed up the order that was nothing special other than I added a side. This place gives a bad name to the restaurant.

Food was okay. Very helpful staff clean bathrooms. I gave four stars for the food because the fries were not hot. I got the honey pimento spicy chicken sandwich and they were skimpy on the honey pimento cheese. They did give me an extra side of it so that made up for it. I shouldn't have to request something that should already be standard on the sandwich. Other Chick-fil-A locations we go to locally where we live have not had the same result.
Parking: There's a decent amount of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs for toddlers.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance has walk ramp for wheelchairs
Probably the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was very dirty. There were no clean tables. My order was wrong. Nobody wanted to help me get a refill so we just left.

Seems every time I order there, the order is wrong. Ask for frosted coffees, tried to give me iced coffee. Ask for chick-fil -a sauce got none. Always seems to be something missing every time. Wished the one that was in the mall was still open
