Absolutely delicious! Great service, very friendly and quick. The place is clean, and the food is awesome! I'm always cooking at home and since moving to the states have really wanted a place like this, simple, easy and delicious. I had the lemon basil chicken salad and the poblano chicken soup. My husband had the cranberry chicken salad. Both on croissants. We loved both but the lemon basil won. The soup was very good. And the cake- very impressive. The staff made it even better!

Ordered broccoli salad. Had to wait for it to be made. When we got it, stems were included with the florets, a lot of stems. Not acceptable but we had ordered takeout and had left the area. I requested extra sauce and was given 1 to go on a dry salad. So disappointed Chicken Salad Chick.

First time trying here and did not disappoint. Ordered croissant with spicy chicken and jalapeno and fruity chicken with pasta..it also came with a Christmas type cookie which was soft and good also. I will definitely come back to try it.

I have been to this location 3 times in the past 6 months and service and food have been outstanding every time. Very clean and well decorated dining area well attended to by staff. Love this chain for a change of pace from the same old lousy fast food.

I come here often for my lunch. Quick, easy, and there's never a line. And I don't have to wait long for my food. I always order the same thing. When one of the girls sees me coming in, someone's already heading toward the register, if somebody's not already there. And I like how they don't mess my orders up. Okay, maybe they messed it up one time. I absolutely hate tomatoes. So, when I do order, I make sure to constantly repeat myself. That's just me. I don't like tomatoes. I can't eat them for anything. But other than that one little messed up order, I still keep coming back. And they have delicious pickles.

We used to go here all the time. The food is great, all of it. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms, well-staffed/ well-trained staff, and well-maintained. The freshly brewed tea is some of the best around. (That seems odd to say in the heart of the South, but true. It's hard to find good brewed tea anymore.) We stopped going here because of the recent addition of a forcing a tip when paying with plastic. Mind that there are no “servers” on staff here. No one makes $1.66 an hour, thus does not deserve a tip.
Chicken Salad Chick, pay your staff a living wage, and don't force that responsibility onto your customers. Also, stop following the horrific trend of “tip culture” that is currently shoved down everyone's throat. We love your food and will pay with cash to avoid the tipping question.

I don't normally eat chicken salad. We've gotten it from the deli from a number of stores, and I just never liked it, and it usually triggers my IBS-D.
I love this chicken salad. I do stick to the Classic Carol, whereas my wife likes several of the selections. She's diabetic and they don't make her blood sugar go through the roof. She loves the crackers that come with it, and I love to put it on a warmed up (10 sec) Brioche bun.

Stopped in today and picked up some olivias old south chicken to go and a slice of red velvet. Chicken salad DELICIOUS!! creamy,egg gave a great texture and super flavor.. red velvet cake superior cream cheese icing perfect!!! 1st time here but definitely NOT THE LAST...
