We have been to the Gadsden Alabama location a few times. Yesterday was the last time. The person taking our order didn’t make eye contact, not the first time that’s happened.Soup was served cold had to take it back up front. Got it back somewhat warm but not hot no apology. We both ended up with stomach cramps after eating there. Done. We will have to do the Anniston location in the future.

It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here I mean it's nothing that I couldn't do or couldn't live without. I mean it's good, but it's not somewhere that I'm thinking
One of my favorite places, however lately they have been out of seasonal salad, and Classic salad as well. The other day they were out of seasonal salad so I got a Classic salad to go. When I got to my work, I realized there were no tomatoes, cucumbers or crackers. Just lettuce and the scoop of chicken salad. Disappointed ?...next time I may just call before I go all the way there to see if they have what I want.
I don’t get to visit often, because of it being out of the way, but this is the second time I have went within the last few months and they have been nearly out of food. Both times have been on Friday, so I am assuming they aren’t ordering enough food for the week. The first time it happened, when they had very slim pickings, the girl at the counter was handing out free coupons for the inconvenience (since they had something I wanted, I had to pay full price). Several people left mad. Today there were more options, but still many things missing off the menu. Not sure if they have changed owners or management, but this has only recently been a problem (at least for me). Hope yah’ll get it together, because I do enjoy your food and would hate to see you close up shop. Please do better!Update: Took a bite or two out of my potato soup and then noticed a long hair cooked into the soup. Yuck. $12 for food and I only got to eat half of it.

I don’t like to be negative but thought management needed to know I was very disappointed in the food, didn’t appear to be a full serving or taste as fresh as normal. They were not busy but drink area was not clean or fully stocked. The staff in the back didn’t appear to show urgency or have a up beat attitude. I have always had great experience in the past, just wondering what has changed

I’ve been here four different times, and each time they have been out of most of their chicken salad. I come at normal hours, between 2 and 5 pm so it’s not like I’m hitting them up at closing time. How hard is it to keep chicken salad in stock?

I went to Chicken salad Chick toda for the first time the service was great and it was so delicious my family brought me one of their chicken salads name cranberry Kelli and it was absolutely delicious I recommend Chicken salad Chick to anyone go by and get you one of their many many different kinds of chicken salads and regular salad they have a lot of things on the menu you would definitely not be disappointed I'm definitely going back.
