Decent food, excellent service. Don't order a steak or the hb sliders though. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich and it was great.

Placed an order online but was forced to call the restaurant because it was over 100.00.
I said each item I wanted to order then made sure in between items and asked if the order taker was ready for the next item.
When I arrived at the takeout area I saw some items were missing and inspected the order with half of what was there being wrong. The employee went back and shouted to the kitchen " now she wants to add" and told the kitchen employees what the items were. The manager came up and adjusted the ticket adding the items that were not on the ticket and was absolutely no help. After 1 hour and 35 minutes I was ready to go out the door with my order only to find every one of the sauces in the trays of food that were added after I arrived had been put in the containers without any lids so there was ranch and hot sauce all over all of the food. I was treating a Doctors office to lunch and explained to them " do not ever ask me for chili's again " their plates were a mess and most of the food was cold by then so they completely understood and told me after the time it took and the mess that was made in the trays of food that I should have let chili's keep their food. The manager never apologized for the mix up, the 1 hour and 35 minute wait or the unprofessional employee behavior. I will never be back and will never allow any of my family to patronize thus crappy place that should be shut down.

This place was terrible! All the way around. The beer was hot the food was cold. They forgot my order and my husband was done by the time I got my meal. High prices for food that sucks!

Ordered the Southwest egg rolls for my daughter to go. The ranch dipping cup had NO LID, and was overturned inside the box. The egg rolls were saturated with ranch, making them soggy. Also, the egg rolls were left whole (not cut in half) and were pale in color (looked like they needed to be cooked longer). My husband went in to pick up the order and said the music was blaring from the kitchen area. Said he couldn’t believe they allowed it to be so loud since people were dining in. Not the best possible dining experience.

There are some points that I won't to point out .I came there on Saturday and had dinner ,upon leaving I gaved the waitress my card for payment .I looked at my card receipt and I was over charged .I didn't receive an apology or anything. The person at the cash register wasn't addressing the issue properly from a business perspective nor was the process addressed properly to make sure I received my payment.Today is Wednesday and I still haven't received my money of them over charging me .I know from owning a business that the server should only take one payment at a time when doing any form of credit card payments to avoid this from happening.No customer should have to be over charged and wait almost four days for their money to be put back in the account .No customer should hear they have to call back to talk with the General or District manger pertaining to this .I do not feel that is the correct way to have longevity loyal customers.This process needs to change .This was a restruant that I have loved going to for years. I am very upset with this process .
