We went with a large group on a Sunday afternoon. We had no wait. My wife and I ordered quesadilla salads. They are average but good portions. The service was very good though and our waitress was very attentive. Will definitely try it again another time.

My family likes to get together and eat dinner at different restaurants. This Vhili's is close to my job and my family came to this location to make sure I could make it. The service was good. The food took a while to come out. It was cooked fresh and very good. The service was good; however, I server got flustered once delivering food and giving out tickets. Her process for payment didn’t go well. She forgot who paid and accused some of leaving without paying. We believe she didn't process payments for the cash customers who said keep the change. At the end of the day, everything was corrected and all was paid in full.

I'd definitely go again. I encourage new servers especially younger, inexperienced ones to have a seasoned server shadow when they have larger parties.

I should have walked out when I walked in and saw how dirty the entrance area was. When I was in the bathroom there was an employee changing out the toilet paper, soap, etc very loudly slamming things down like they didn’t want to be there. I could hear management yelling at the employees. I got a burger and fries, my fries were hot and fresh but my burger was ice cold. I didn’t complain because the workers seemed very stressed out as it was so I just took it to go. The person who greeted us was such a sweetheart and so was our waiter. Very expensive.

I'm sorry, it could have been a bad night, or just about anything could have caused the food to be, not as good as it should have been. We were at a hotel/motel, and ordered the food and my girl went and picked it up, we were only 3 minutes away, so it wasn't the ride. I am not saying not to eat here, I want everyone to go and check it out. I believe Chili's will prove to you that they are a fine restaurant.
